“I’ve been taking my fur babies to Crossroads for a few years now. They’ve always been there for us and taken care of my babies. There never has been a bad experience, always kind, professional and caring. Even when I’ve lost one of my babies as I have recently, just understanding and kind. Dr Bowen is whom I’ve used mostly, he even sits in the floor with the pups and talks to them. You can tell he loves animals and is in the right profession. The whole staff is amazing.”

“I LOVE THE MOBILE VET!!! JAZZY, has been a patient for 4 years (2020-present).
Mesha (Pitbull Terrier) and I moved from Las Vegas to Georgia in 2014. I was given a referral from a dog lover. DR. MARSELI helped Mesha live comfortably before she passed.

Prices are incredibly reasonable. TAKE YOUR FURRY BABY! I KNOW YOUR FURRY WILL LOVE YOU!!!”

“Of course being knowledgeable is important, and they absolutely are. But the human touch is huge to me. All of the staff at Dogwood Vet are so kind and understanding. They always make me feel like my pet is safe with them and that they genuinely care about my pets well-being as well as mine. To me, the caring and compassion make this vet office a winner.”

“We did not have a relationship with this Vet. After 29 years our loyal companion Montana decided it was his last day on our farm. He was down and declining near the end. We called for compassionate care to help him transition without suffering any longer. They came as soon as possible to assist us during this difficult time. We were treated like family and they were so gentle and respectful to Montana. It was peaceful and we are forever grateful for their services. We received a beautiful gift today that we will treasure forever. This is worth sharing because these people are professionals before curing and after their services. Thanks to all who made the trip, provided the care, answered the phone and created a beautiful memorial gift from his tail. Sincerely, Joe & Angie”

“It’s taken me awhile to write this review. My precious beagle Reba died almost 7 months ago. But thanks to Dr. Shannon we got way more time with her than we would have. Background: Many years ago (7+), we’d been taking Reba to a different Newnan vet. As a Beagle, she had lots of growths (any of which might have been cancerous). However, the original vet’s extremely high estimate for surgery put it way out of reach for us. Due to overall high vet costs, we switched years ago to CAH. The original vet’s surgery estimate was so high, we didn’t even bother to ask Dr. Shannon for quite some time (thinking “even a bit lower would still be too much”). But when we finally asked, his costs were WAY lower, and obtainable. He is not only reasonably priced, but goes above & beyond. That first surgery, he went in for one growth, but he removed a few others he saw, without extra cost. I can’t explain how very impressed I was by that! Over the last few years, Dr. Shannon removed more growths (since we could actually afford it). Some of them might have been cancer. But eventually, he confirmed cancer in her lungs that was completely inoperable. Even though I desperately wanted Dr. Shannon to fix my girl, I was impressed that once he realized how extensive it was, he didn’t try to push a bunch of expensive (and likely ultimately ineffective) treatments. Instead, Dr. Shannon provided meds that helped w/pain, temporarily improved her quality of life, and gave us a precious extra 2 months to love her and start to come to terms with the situation. Understand, this was 2 months ON TOP of the several years I believe Dr. Shannon gave us….all because he is willing to operate at prices people could actually afford. He is such a blessing! I’m still grieving my Reba-girl, but when/if we get another dog, Dr. Shannon will most definitely be our vet!”

“Very professional very affordable took my dog blue To get neutered was kind of nervous because I rescued him and he is a very special dog very nervous around people not very outgoing but super sweet so I was kind of worried about leaving him, but they were really nice. They took him back. Did the surgery and I picked him up. He was super drowsy from the anesthesia but after about four or five hours, it wore off and he was back to normal. It’s been three days now and he is recovering great, if anybody needs affordable spay or neuter, highly recommend !”

“I had a 15 yr old cat in distress having trouble breathing. Never had been here before. Called around to get seen everywhere booked. They welcomed me to bring her in. Dr and staff extremely friendly. Quickly determined heart failure and fluid in her lungs. Gave her a sedative to ease her transition while keeping her comfortable . Dr eased my pain by assuring me that i was a loving pet owner by not allowing her to continuing to suffer at home during her transition. I would recommend this dr and staff to anyone as they treated me and my kitty as if we had always been their patient. I will always be forever grateful.”

“I had an emergency with my puppy, and my regular vet's phone went to voice mail. I called Crescent, and even though they were booked and had never seen him before, they told me they would squeeze him in. My other vet called as we were leaving Crescent. Crescent is awesome.”

“I adopted a stray and they were able to see me the next week to get him vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. They were very friendly and called me with updates throughout the whole process. In addition, Prior to doing any services they provided an itemized statement of the expense for the visit and allowed me to make informed decisions on what services I wanted. They offered their suggestions but I did not feel pressured to pay for any of the additional test. They were also able to schedule me in to bring my secondary cat in for her annual shots the same week. I was afraid my cat would aggress at the doctors and the vet tech but they allowed her to stay in the room with me and administered the shots there with ease. We were in and out within thirty minutes which is great for my shy cat. The doctor and tech were able to answer all my questions regarding weight concerns, food variety, and how to best pair my new stray with my old cat. The reception staff were always very friendly upon check in and check out.”

“The line can get very long if you're not there before 9 am. As you reach the front of the line a vet tech will take all your info on a tablet. All of your records will be saved to a database so if you get a new pet, you just give them your phone number and they can look up your info and update it. They can also resend past vaccinations. Staff is always very nice and friendly. At the end of the visit you will pay with card and receive your tag and dog/cat food coupons that you can use that day in store. You'll receive a coupon for a free 5lb bag of 4Health premium dog/cat food and a coupon for 50% off a 8lb bag of 4Health premium dog food. Your pets vaccinations will be emailed to you, they do not have print outs. Rabies tag you get right there though. Prices are not too bad. I got my puppy rabies and bortatella for $55 and a free bag of dog food.”

“These folks saved my little girl's eyesight. They're fantastic people, friendly and extraordinarily skilled. If I lived on the other side of the country, I'd bring my Tallulah here.”
