My wife and I walked in to upgrade our plan and buy a phone. We were told to just call the verizon number and he couldn't help us. Worst verizon store ever. Just go to the Newnan location by Target.

Went in for adding my line and getting a phone up grade. D.J. was such a help. Super friendly and helpful. The other Verizon store in Newnan lied straight to my face about my account and turned me out of the store.At this location D.J. correctly told me about my plan and the availability of different options for my perfect plan.Please ask for him. He is upstanding young gentleman and genuinely I can't say enough good things about him. Thanks again.

I had a fantastic experience at Sharpsburg Verizon.My had gotten into a real jam and could not make anything work - even turning it on and off. But Jamaal had me operating again in less than a minute! He listened to my description and knew immediately what the problem was. He was very courteous and pleasant. I am a happy and satisfied customer! Jamaal is amazing! Thank you!
