i went in to get a passport with an appointment…the lady was taking walk ins before me. i made it known that i had an appointment and she said “she will deal with me in a minute” and pointed to where i needed to stand. lady was very un professional and rude to me. i wish i could’ve gotten a name but they were not wearing name tags. the website stated that i needed to bring in a copy of my birth certificate and so i did and when i finally got up to the counter she said that they needed the original and i said no the website said to bring a copy. she slid back all my paper work and said she could not do it. they need to update their website. very very unprofessional. will not be making my passport appointment here.

The mail carrier falsifies documents saying my dog is out and she can’t deliver when I know he is not outside. She yells at minors and refuses to deliver packages and the supervisor and local post master say this ok behavior. They won’t provide contact info for anyone above them to be contacted. This is very concerning.

I am not receiving any addressed to my new home at my new address. Informed Delivery states that I am receiving it, but nothing is in my box. I went to the Newnan Post Office this morning and the employee said there was a flag in my box that she removed. I asked where my mail is as I am missing mortgage payments and the deed to my house! She said she didn't know, and her attitude was that she didn't care. She said I could speak to a manager in the back to ask where it could be and called twice for one but after 20 min admitted that nobody was probably coming. I asked her for options and she said she doesn't know.
This is terrible customer service as these are important documents that I'm missing that should be accounted for and to say that a manager is coming to answer my question and knowing that nobody will show makes it even worse.

This is the worst post office I have ever experienced. Can't get mail in seven months. Came in person, no help, waited for their supervisor per their advise. No superviser, two hours later waiting, they told me I have to leave because they can't help me. This is insane. I'm missing so many important documents due to this post office. Horrible employees and if I could choose where my taxes go I would pay for this location to be shut down. They do not deliver mail.

Mailed a package. Two women were at the counter when I arrived. There were a number of people in line. Couldn't understand why one left the other to handle the remaining people.

I recently got married and my passport renewal date was already approaching. Barbara at the post office was AMAZING during my renewal/name change process. She needs a raise!! She was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the entire process and double checked to make sure everything was good to go for me. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great, and it was. 11/10 stars for Barb!!

Had my package delivered via FedEx to this location, and had it tracked there, discovered the manager adecosta had signed off on it. And came to retrieve it, and they say it’s missing.❗️ Be careful with delivering to this location . I didn’t get my package ?. ‼️

We have the worst service. I was supposed to get 3 letters, not junk, yesterday. I got NOTHING. Today it shows junk mail! What you want to bet that will be delivered.

I absolutely hate this post office. ? 10/10 Worst experience ever. Nobody likes answering the phones, they'll LOSE your mail and don't like to take accountability for it. Seems like no one knows what's going on over there. Get it together and do your job.???
*Also, I'm guessing for 5 stars or even 4 stars reviews they were very lucky or they were staff ratings but it’s ridiculous.*
