Hate this location, will not come back. The service was provided-
sure, but the employees were rude (all 3 of them).
Two employees sat around lazily telling a lady in line that her big box wasn’t worth shipping and kept discouraging her from trying to ship. The male made her measure her own box rather than walking around the counter to measure it himself..
It should be her choice if she wanted to ship or not…
I was ignored as I waited next in line and then the lady that checked me out said about 3 words total during our interaction and didn’t look at my face once. So much for customer service!

Lindsey and Ariel are the best. Most efficient customer service I’ve seen by far in everything. Not just UPS, but everywhere. World needs more Ariel’s and Lindseys

Quick and easy drop off for an Amazon return. Always is! Love it! Helpful for other mailing needs as well - but does costs a bit more than USPS to use UPS shipping.

Absolutely great customer service. The representative that I worked with is the epitome of customer satisfaction and represents UPS in a great light. Would rather travel longer to come to this store for future needs.

This store was perfect for everything that I needed! Marc helped me ship a package and do some print work. He was attentive and asked questions the whole way through to make sure I got what I needed, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone was super nice and friendly as well! Love this store!

It's a decent space, but I'd like to see the trash receptacle not always overflowing. There were several employees, yet only one cashier, several were talking and at least one could keep the office tidy.

First time sending a pacakge to alabama. They charge me $17 for a fee, my recipient haven’t got the package that i sent. They don’t even notify me whats going on the package ??♂️ it was a bad first time experience i should go to usps!
