Rented a unit for almost two years with this facility. The staff have always been incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. My belongings were always as I left them. I would highly recommend this StorMark location if you want great quality and a safe place to leave your belongings.

The unit I rented is a 10 x 10 climate controlled. Penny is awesome! She was very knowledgeable and informative. Great Personality! She’s the reason I choose StorMark over some of the other storage facilities that were slightly cheaper.

I just had the most wonderful customer service experience here today with Ms. Penny. I went to several other stores trying to shop prices. Let me tell you, I left those stores feeling unwelcome, and not appreciated as a possible customer. Ms. Penny however was a total God send. She made me feel very welcome, answered all my questions, and explained things to me on a very comprehensive say. She was she a breath of fresh air. I was going through so much that day. She was exactly what I needed. Needless to say as long as I need a unit, and Ms. Penny's there, I'm a dedicated customer.

We have been using StorMark for a few years now. Great place. The manager Penny has always been great to work with. We have used multiple storage facilities in the past. StorMark is the best out there.

had an awesome experience with stormark self storage the girls in there were awesome they were very helpful made my experience super easy... but i did want to extend a special thank you too was Ms. Alexis, she was super helpful, super friendly, and professional and based on her alone i would recommend this company to all of my friends and family .... you guys were awesome!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience!!! The staff was very supportive and responsive. You'll love these ladies they have lots of spunk personality and they give good advice when it comes to moving. They went the extra mile to help me with all my moving cares and concerns. As you know moving it's not an easy job. I highly recommend Annex storage. They U-Haul service is great for an Events Specialist like myself or someone who is starting up a business for the first time who needs a way to transport equipment, supplies , you name it. "Great job Annex storage" ???
