“We visited this U-Haul after going to two other stores unsuccessfully this morning. We had some pretty terrible experiences at the previous sites, so the wonderful treatment at this location was a welcomed relief. Professional, friendly, helpful, affordable, and thorough. The owner, Ms. Bekki, was just great! In addition to helping us through the contract process, hooking our trailer up for us, and triple checking the equipment, she also sold us a lock for 5x less than the markup other storage places we're trying to charge. Very refreshing experience. 100% recommend over other U-Hauls in Newnan. 5 stars.”
“Very friendly staff, always pleasant. Always trying to accommodate. I have been storing my camper there for 3 years. I have needed special assistance 3 times, and they solved my issues all 3 times. First, I needed to store a 2nd camper for about 2 weeks, and they provided a temporary spot for me. Second, I purchased a larger camper and needed a larger space. Somehow, they rearranged things and provided a larger slot. Last of all, I needed a mobile repair, and they allowed the repair on site.
I wish everyone treated customers like they do. And the rate is great.”

“Great security and clean location. Staff is friendly and I feel like they know what's going on at the place and don't just exist to take my money. Let's face it: it's no fun having to pay to keep my stuff somewhere other than my home, but since I have to do it, I appreciate that it's in a secure, bug-free location.
Came back to this review to say I've moved out of the storage now and I still rate them five stars. My belongings were here from August 2018 until December 2024 and they were just as nice when I took them out as they were when I put them in. I always felt safe at Newnan Lock Storage and the area was always clean.”
