Very upset with them. My acct was hacked so the acct was frozen and was told that I could access my money if I went inside to a teller. I did so and was told that because of the notes on the acct they were unable to process my request. She said that I could close that account and open a new one I told her that was what I was going to do next week she told me she could do it today. I explained to her that I was limited on time so she said she was going to see about overriding the hold and allowing my request for withdrawal. After 20 minutes I was told there wasn't anything she could do that the acct was frozen pending completion of the investigation. I told her I needed my money today she said that wasn't possible I told her that this is ridiculous restricting access to my money. She said I'd have to come in on Monday and talk to someone else. This isn't a guarantee that I will be able to access my accts. I was so angry and told her that I needed it today and pending on the outcome of mon may close the accts altogether. They are literally holding my money hostage!

The teller was incredibly rude to me on Saturday. I was actually so much in shock that I didn’t pop back at her, but I wish I had. Beware of crotchety old ladies here. It’s not my fault you hate your job.

This bank is horrible they are a rip off if your account is in pending status not posted pending and you make a deposit they will charge you for overdraft fees only bank I know that gives you zero time to make a deposit I have several accounts at different banks so I do not keep all my money in on account but to know this is how the operate and take your money I warn you all read the reviews before you open up an account cause they don’t tell you all this til you call wondering why they keep taking your money and they will not i repeat will not give your money back

Absolutely done with this bank. They can never properly explain things and will not help nor work with you when you have a dispute.

Open up a new account 11/23/19 for use when I'm out of town for work.January 6,2020 and still haven't received my cards yet. Had to go to different bank and open an account and got my cards already for it. Terrible customer service.

I have been banking with synovus since they took over my previous bank. The only reason I still bank with them is because I do not look forward to changing everything with my billing. I have had countless problems sense, which has been many years, and now that I have moved to Newnan I am not even able to use the ATM. This goes for the Bullsboro and Temple locations. I have spoken to them many times about this issue which they are fully aware of and seem to be completely helpless to do anything about it. Good luck doing any banking if it's not open.
