High prices and poor customer service. Would not recommend. We sent in a termination notice before the time needed to term, which is exactly what our contract indicated for us to do, yet they kept billing us saying we didn't pay out the contract. However we never got a return authorization letter as per our agreement because they sent back a letter asking us if we wanted to buy out the printer, when our letter was specific, we were not renewing and needed to return the machine. Buyer beware they have shady business practices. SOS can help...what a joke??
