When I got home and noticed it, I went back to have it corrected and the employee acted like she couldn't do anything about it because it was put in the system incorrectly. Not my fault. When I asked for a manager, she said it was her . Long story short, another manager made it right, and I still shop there.”

“Every time I have been to the Hibbett Sports in Newnan, staff has been great! Someone has always greeted me upon entry and they are attentive without being overbearing (none of that awkward hovering and following you around stuff). I was particularly impressed with the young man who helped my daughter with her shoes at our last visit. He even asked to see her dress so he could better match it to her shoes for the Sneaker Ball. I have never had to look far for assistance, and I’m usually asked by more than one person if I need any help. You clearly hire well, but this also speaks to training of staff because good service at this location is consistent with the variety of people I have encountered there.HAPPY CUSTOMER!”

We all walked out with more knowledge (some of us were wearing shoes too small...some too big ). I ended up buying a pair of Saucony, Hoka and New Balance for the kids.
