  I have been using them for about 3+/- years.Their service has always been friendly and were very good at treating my dog that had end stage life issues. Only wish they would have openings for an established client that has an urgent issue. The standard answer to go somewhere else... where they don't know your pet.

  First visit for my girl who was suffering from allergies and a severe ear infection. Upon entering, 3 ladies were at the front desk, 1 was friendly and the others were distant. Anyhow, I was checked in right away (2pm). First, I explained to the vet technician, that this was my dog first visit, and that her anxiety level and pain is high right now. The VT thought it was ok to stick a q-tip in her ear with a muzzle on. This upset my dog so much that she almost came out of the muzzle. Now, treatment couldn't be done without sedation. After this dilemma, Dr. Samiria Hayes came in to access the situation. She wasn't able to give treatment either, even after I calmed my dog down. Tension was too high. So an alternative treatment was suggested for me to do. Even though I wasn't satisfied with the recommendation, I was ok with the detail directions on how to proceed for care. Dr. Hayes was very patient and thorough throughout our visit, but appeared to be very nervous around my dog. After checking out, I was not happy with the cost of the bill. Especially, since I have to do all the work. Hopefully, my girl feels better soon!

  Made an appointment for 10am. 3 other people came in around 1015am or past. I arrived 10 minutes early for paperwork. I'm still waiting at 1030am. They better be good or I'm editing this.

  I really hate to give them such a low score on the account of a couple issues. Im pushing 50 and we have we have been going here from the time the place opened more than 25 ? Years ago. Never had too many issues. We relocated this last winter to Griffin and for some reason weve had a up hill fight with fleas..With our 11 cats and 6 dogs. A couple topicals things just doesnt work anymore. I had to go to Newnan on a last min notice and while I was there I thought I would stop by and inquire at CCAH about a new product I had heard about that was getting great reviews. Before I went in I then realized I didnt have my credit cards with me because I had been paying bills before leaving home. I only had $300 cash. We Walk in.. the front girl ask if she could help me. So I asked if they had (while showing her a ad on my phone) this product. Somewhere right in here she proceeds to ask me had I ever been there before.... really?? As often as Im in there! Anyway She took a 1/8th of a second glance at it proceeded to roll her eyes and tell me "Nope" they didnt have it and she had never heard of it. I asked if they could order it. Before the word even got out of my mouth good I got the eye roll again And she proceeded to explain how it was they couldn't order just 1 or 2 boxes. I believe her words were "It just doesn't work that way". And that I had to buy an entire sleeve And seeing as how she had never heard of it they couldn't get it. Now... If you wanna add insult to injury you can count that the other chick behind the counter is humming in agraeans with a "Uhhuh" or whatever answer went along with the first chick. So I decided to move on to inquire about the next best thing which was another topical I knew they carried it was just a matter of buying enough for all the cats. My dogs had been taken care of . Out of all these cats we have four small ones the are only a few weeks old. So with doing all the Arithmetic I had enough cash with me to buy the topical for the adult cats...which was fine with me. My plan had been to treat the adults and wash the baby's they would be OK until my next trip back to Newnan on Friday. Mind you it was Monday when I went in . As if that wasn't good enough with all the eyerolling and the Disdained attitude otherwise ....I get a lecture on how it is that I need to treat the home. And I couldnt just go buy a can of Raid it wouldnt work. (The fleas arent biting any of the humans here) Welp.. The yard has been professionally treated As well as the house within the last 30 days. Along with me purchasing 2 cans of flea killer from the same establishment on my previous visit. I have used these cans religiously every few days but that still doesn't get them off the cats. After explaining this to her then I Get a lecture on how to use the product that I must move all the cats hair and put this on their skin and that if it's not used correctly that it's not going to work. And that if any of these cats are grooming one another it's not going to work. Now I'm not sure how in God's name I'm supposed to watch these cats and keep them from one another for who knows how long to ensure they will not groom one another. Her last bit of advice was maybe I could go to Walmart and find something. So not only did she treat me like I was an idiot she Implied I couldnt pay for it. With all the visits there and bills being several hundred dollars more often than not I never not one time batted an eye or had any problem paying for it. Now... the vets and the techs I have never had any kind of issue with.. they have all always been amazing! But they can thank the wise a** little twit up front for loosing my business.
