DO NOT do business with this company!!! They screwed over my mother. She asked the owner to have her order for HTV (not even t shirts, just the printed vinyl) ready on a Tuesday. She drove an hour to the store on Tuesday only to find that her order was not ready at the agreed upon time. Eventually the order was pushed all the way until Thursday. My mother drove to Newnan EVERYDAY last week. My mother decides not to do this order with them anymore. In a moment of pettiness and poor business practice, the owner calls my mother's place of employment to "rat" on her saying that she never paid and is doing the order on behalf of the school district, which is completely untrue!! This order had nothing to do with the school district. No money or correspondence came from the school!! What a shame!! We would love to support a black business, especially one dealing with the arts. However the owner of this business needs to get more organized and do some SERIOUS self reflection!! If I could give this store ZERO STARS, I would!!P.S. This also appears NOT to be the first time this has happened with this business, I have heard from others.

I love shopping at Savvy!! The staff is always so personable and very informative! The store is always clean and stocked with everything you could think of, I never leave empty handed.Kalynn knows me by name and always has my orders ready when I opt for shipping services!I used to travel to McDonough for my supplies.. I’m so happy to have a vinyl store so close to home now. Not to mention their products they have to offer are a solid 10/10 every time!!

GREAT customer service EVERYTIME I visit. This store has the largest variety of HTV and adhesive vinyl in the area. Many stores concentrate on the HTV more than the adhesive and there is a balance of both here. Along with everything you need as a small business or a lover of crafting, quality and quantity is right here.

Savvy Crafters is wonderful! They are super friendly and will help with absolutely anything. They have tons of choices in vinyl, prints, and items. They know me by name and are so welcoming! This is the only place I will go for all of my crafting needs. They also are super knowledgeable and are able to help me with everything. I also love their information sheets they give you when you try something new.

Love me some Savvy!! I’ve been shopping with them since they was at their old location and I still shop with them. They welcome you with open arms and make you feel like family. Great customer service. You can’t go wrong shopping with them!

Great place to get materials for whatever your crafting journey is. They have permanent vinyl, htv, sublimation supplies and blanks. The owner always strikes up a conversation with me and the other folks that work their customer service is A-1. Shout out to Grace who has helped me out twice this week!They also have DTF prints. Can’t wait to order some.Check them out today!

I had to come back and change my rating for this business because they definitely do not honor there business hours. Today was the FOURTH and final time that I have driven 30 minutes for them to be closed early. It’s ridiculous that they do no keep the correct hours posted and have no regard for where their customers come from. I will NOT waste my time with them and their inconsistencies any further! Another sign on the door of a “ family emergency”. (The 2nd of my 4 failed visit attempts was also a family emergency that seemed to happen near the 4:30 mark?) I literally pulled in to him locking the door, do you think that mattered? NOPE!!! I am done I will drive to Brilliant in McDonough before I ever waste an hour of driving again!!
