We had the worst experience at Ross today. We walked up to garbage overflowing onto the ground. They opened up the doors at 9:30am and it was 11:35am. So....they had two or more hours to pick it up. Why was it not picked up? And.....we had the displeasure of having Joyce (#108374) who made our experience horrible. She was complaining about the line, making unnecessary and unprofessional comments. And then she became our cashier. Wow!! She made it clear that she's been there for 16 years, and she gets paid no matter how many customers come in, and she really doesn't care. This is someone representing "Ross". This is quite sad. Please think about how one person can make you lose business. We will not return to this location. We spent $100.53, and she made us feel like she could care less. Coach and develop your team to keep your guest coming back. Remember, we as consumers still have choices.

I was bouncing a basketball, having some harmless fun, you know? I was planning to buy it too, just wanted to experience the joy of bouncing a basketball for a minute or two before putting it in my cart. Then, this employee takes it out of my hands and says something in a language I don’t speak. She walks away too. Gave up on buying at basketball.

Always messy need more employees who like to do the job,people.on the phone they can't even help you..the girl in the filling room so rude...bathroom are nasty...is been like that for the past 2 year the I'm be here in newnan..horrible..

Horrible experience with a return. I waited in the return line to return an item I bought from this store. When next customer was called I went to Joyce she told me I had to get to go to the back of the purchase line. Why if I waited in the return line. Horrible experience horrible customer service horrible employee. Called corporate waiting for a response for this situation to be resolved.
