I went to Walgreens looking for Nervive. I couldn't find it anywhere on the shelf. I asked the pharmacist if they have it. He didn't know and asked if I had looked on the shelf. I had looked and wouldn't have to ask him if I had found it. He called "customer needs assistance on isle 8." I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody came. I left and went to CVS across the street and a lady helped me as soon as I walked in. Thank you CVS for helping me so promptly.I will only go to Walgreens if I'm dying or need cards.

I get my meds for diabetes here and they keep me updated on my meds when to get refills and I got my first covid shot here due to them informing me

Came in just after opening and the restroom was disgusting, right after opening. Then they don't accept good RX gold just the generic one. Immediately met with disdain when replying I don't have insurance. I'm self insured I don't need insurance. Anyway go to another store and you'll have better luck and maybe not have to use a nasty restroom with half the lights out.

I've been coming to this store because it's easier to get in and out of, coming from home, than the one on on the bypass. Generally well-satisfied though I don't think conducting COVID tests at the drive-up is considerate of other customers.

I used the Temple ave location for my first covid 19 shot. Staff was very nice to me. A little impatient with other customers though. The lady that gave me my shot was very nice. Today 1/12/22 I called the same location to get my exact date and time for my next appt and the lady that answered the phone (NICKI OR MICKI) was the rudest employee I've ever known to work at Walgreens. Nicki or Micki told me that if I am stressing so badly about a free covid shot, I should call the 1-800 number to find my appt. She stated she doesn't know it. I then mentioned to her that covid is very stressful. Extremely scary and the shot is scary as well. Although my reason for not wanting to miss my appt is because I have to get the shot in order to keep my job. I work two hours from home and I have chosen to get my shot closer to where I work, so I can get it right after my work day. She couldn't care less, told me to have a good day and hung up the phone on me. I work in customer service and have a motto of treating others the way I'd like to be treated be cause I am a customer everywhere I go. Today, Nicki or Micki failed Walgreens. I'll be going to CVS. My company offers us discounts if we use CVS anyway. I just had loyalty to Walgreens because they'd always treated me so nicely. Yet that would not matter to Nicki or Micki.

Today my wife had late surgery, and afterwards, I drove straight to the pharmacy. I arrived at 8:01PM for pain medication, and the response I got back from the Pharmacist was, sorry we close at 8PM. Even after I explained the circumstances, no offer to assist was made. There were still three employees behind the pharmacy counter and the roll down door was still open. Well, you just loss this household as a customer for life and everyone else I can influence.
