Inquired about an invisibrake and front plate install to flat tow my jeep. Spoke with Brandon on the phone and was told they could do this and to bring my equipment to be sure I had everything. Husband takes our jeep and equipment, we have everything. Brandon told my husband we needed their breaking system and quoted that price. After a personal conversation with my husband and many experienced RV owners, we want the invisibrake and not what they tried to sell us. Called back to get a price and they won't install since we aren't buying their stuff. Do not recommend.

I would like to thank the team over at Red Clay Off-road for their excellent service. Recently, I had taken my truck over to the dealership to have a tire recall performed. They only replaced two of the four. Fast forward a bit, due to laziness, the weights the dealer tech installed over the brake dust, came off, causing the wheels to shake. The guys over at Red Clay Off-road replaced the other two tires and balanced them all properly. This truck is smoother today than it was when it was new. Excellent work to all involved! If you want the job done right, call the guys over at Red Clay Off-road. ??

Awesome staff, customer service and experience! Reasonable prices as well. Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for headlight installation and they did the job on the spot and wasn’t too pricey! I highly recommend this establishment!

Been going to Red Clay Offroad for a little while now. Both Brandon and Blake are great and very knowledgeable. The work these guys do are top notch. You get what you pay for as the old saying goes. Quality work comes with a higher price.

If I could put half a star I would, I’m not one to write a review seeing as that i work for a company that relies on reviews, but this was a bit uncalled for. I called up there asking for a few things they first asked me to hold which was fine but then I asked for a Jeep hex key kit they did not have that all was fine with that. Then I got into talking about the rims on my truck which are 22 in negative 51 offset arkons, I asked him if they could move tires from one rim onto these, the guy immediately said we don’t mess with used tires with a horrible attitude and I was like ok well what would be y’all’s cheapest quote on for new cheaper tires and he immediately interrupted we don’t do cheap tires that isn’t good businesses, (well then hey buddy could u tell me what the quote on your cheapest preferred tire to work with is even if they don’t come with a warranty, he gave me a quote of 355 per tire which was fine but then I asked him about the labor….. I know these rims and tires are hard to work with nobody will do them but red clay or butler tire in ATL (mind you butler tire in Atlanta is very high class works on Ferraris and Tesla plaids and such and I only say that bc I have seen them work on those 2 cars.) he gave me a quote of over 500.00 while the whole time sounding like a douche tbh. I said hey man that’s a little high I got a lower quote for the labor from butler In atlanta. (Trying to see if anything was lost in communication while still maintaining a good attitude, the guy said (with more attitude than any time this whole chat) yea man I can’t go any lower butler in Atlanta dosent even work on stuff like that they won’t do it. Well I told him that I actually got a pair of used LOW PROFILE tires taken off one brand of the exact same size and offset and put on the Arkons I was speaking of above. They did the swap put in censors new rotor covers balanced and mounted all for nearly 100 cheaper so I’m pretty sure they do that considering that they did it already for a better price and they are known for being expensive. He didn’t like it all all he was like cool bro cool that’s cool. Long story short if he had better customer service I would’ve went with him cause it’s closer and local in general but who wants to deal with people like that who only wanna do things their way cause they think that they area alway right. If u guys need anything fixed that these guys probably messed up call butler i am also a vehicle dealer in the county for mainly off road vehicles and I will be telling any of my customers that butler is the way to go and if anyone says anything about red clay off road I will be steering them from that mistake.

They guys at red clay offroad are very good at listening to you and they did me a great job aligning my GMC 2500 4x4. The dealership could not accomplish this simple task after two attempts. The guys at red clay offroad had no problem getting it right the first time! I highly reccommend them if you have any issues with a 4x4. They specialize in Jeeps but do any other type of lifts ,wheel combinations as well.

Ordered Nitto 1250x35 tires and new wheels for my Gladiator. Also had leveling lift installed while jeep was getting the tires and wheels installed. Everything arrived when I was told. Took jeep in and it was ready that evening. Drove just as good as when new. No problems. Great service and nice friendly people. Thanks Red Clay

Brandon and his team did an awesome job on my Trail Boss! Awesome communication all around -- this shop is extremely customer service oriented and are not happy until their customer is happy! Wish more places were like this. I will be a returning customer.
