Kicked me out of the bathroom for “spending too long” I had arrived not even 10 minutes earlier with an upset stomach. There were very few customers inside and was going to get something to eat for the ride home as well. Never going back after that experience.

I purchased gas here using my credit card. The next day I was looking at my account online. There was three charges charged to my card. Two for 1 dollar each and one for 22.01. What's the extra charge for? I won't ever spend my money at race Trac anymore. They rob their customers.

Around 3-4 in the morning, it's hard to get anyone to help you. I usually see at least é people upon entering. Stand in line alone for a few minutes before someone helps.

I’ve been to many RaceTrac locations and this is one of the most disappointing. Overall experience could be rated with 1 star.I just went to another gas station.

I got gas and left. I am not used to four separate nozzles. It took some thought to know which one I needed since the handles were not labeled.

When you walk into QT somebody will acknowledge you with a "Welcome in!" Here at this Racetrac I witness one employee ignore a patron who greeted her. When I get to the counter I greeted the clerk..she said nothing. So I greeted her again. She simply nodded her head with a unfriendly look in her eye. Yall can do better than this. Customers don't have to be nice. Employees should at least be nice to those who are cordial with them. Self checkout is a hood idea. Looking forward to the robots replacing folk who can't do the job described and that they agreed to do in the interview.

They don’t have pizza past 8pm. The ice cream never works. Literally the worst racetrack in the state don’t come here drive another exit north before coming here. Horrible service too!

GREAT CUP OF COFFEE!!!
Clean establishment, VERY professional and friendly staff. The coffee set up is next level. I've never had gas station coffee this stuff beats STARBUCKS... SERIOUSLY!!!

Horrible customer service… stopped to get gas On my way to the Airport and was told I couldn’t use the bathroom because it was closed…. Seriously it was 4:30am… too bad I had already pumped my gas.
