You never know the power of a beautiful smile. Christina, the manager melted my heart as I checked out after one of the worst days of the week. And then I saw her go out into the parking lot to retrieve carts before a thunder storm. Thank you Publix for hiring training and sustating amazing people like Christina. That's why I keep coming back.

What a nice Publix! Sparkling clean, Aisles are neat as a pin. Every department is clean and tidy. The employees here are pleasant and professional. I wish the produce section was a little larger but I am thrilled to find a great supermarket close to our new home.

The MANAGER is a TERRIBLE representative of this Newnan location.!
Your company represents An Outstanding Customer Experience.. not by the MANAGER AT YOUR NEWNAN STORE!! He is demeaning to his team..telling them you do it my way or hit the door..My question? How did this Man…become a MANAGER.. at such an Outstanding Company such as PUBLIX???

Joey at self checkout was the most RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, HOSTILE, UNPROFESSIONAL employee I have EVER dealt with at publix! I didn't have my EBT card on me physically but i have the card on my phone and even showed him my drivers license to confirm that it was in fact my EBT card, I asked if I could just input my card number like I have done SEVERAL times at this location and the other publix location in Newnan, this is when Joey started treating me and my son like we were unworthy of being treated with decency and respect and told me if we would've went to a different register than we probably would have gotten away with inputting my number! I asked to speak to a manager and instead of a manager, I got another employee telling me the same thing! So as I stood there in tears for the way I was being treated, I had to decide between using my bill money to feed me and my son tonight! I have never in my life been treated so poorly for simply wanting to use the assistance that is available to me to provide a meal for me and my child! The subs that were made would have been thrown away had I not purchased them, and after showing the EBT card matched my license, I feel like this matter could've been handled completely different instead of making a mockery out of a single mother feeding her child and herself and creating an embarrassing environment instead of just simply letting me input my card number, like I was told I could've "gotten away with" had I went to a different register. I've always known Publix to be kind, caring, friendly and professional towards their customers but after tonight my opinion has drastically been changed! Something should be done about the way this matter was handled!

I’d like to say thank you to the bakery staff. We’ve ordered cakes for multiple events this year and every cake has been absolutely wonderful. I especially want to say” thank you so very much” to whoever made our Father’s Day ? cake. I appreciate you!!!! Again thank you ?

The store is very well stocked and extremely cleaned. The produce and meats are always fresh and the staff is incredible. A very welcoming place. Highly recommend!!!!
