Wrote about a question and they answered me quick. The best part was that they don’t lie about their comfort levels with the task presented to them. Clearly told me that I should go to a dealer or specialist due to the vehicle and maintenance I was requesting potential complexity. Price was quoted a little high, but the honesty will keep these folks in my radar for when I need some things done.

This company has helped me in more ways than one. I was in need and they were there for me. The staff are very helpful respectful. Front desk gal was very informative of the problem I had, the auto mechanic guys did what they do. Excellent work given quality work with quality parts. I took my truck to the Jefferson St location because it was overheating. They really took care of me, provided me with consistent updates on my repairs. The location owner, Wayne, even brought me into the shop to show me what was going on with my truck. The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend this place.

Precision is the best place in town for auto repairs. I went in for a brake service and was helped tremendously by the staff here. They helped me more than I could’ve imagined and I am very appreciative. I will be back
