“I visited this location this afternoon, but didn't realize they close at 3. Unfortunately, I pulled up at 3:02. I saw the lights were out and saw the closed signs. I then noticed the hours of operation. No big deal. I was about to leave when the gentleman who works there poked his head out the door, waved me down, and asked if I needed anything. Without my asking, he was kind enough to re-open the store and let me purchase my item. I was under no illusions that the store should open for me. After hours is after hours. The fact that he not only willingly did so, but even volunteered it really was above and beyond service! I appreciate it very much and will make a point to return here!”
