a terrible business whose only motive is to get your money into their pockets. had an accident 1/29/24 and was transported to hospital for evaluation. fortunately everyone was fine and orr's towed my vehicle to their yard. on the front seat was a 38 pistol and my keys to everything. went Tuesday morning 1/30 to retrieve personal items and asked about keys never mind the pistol thinking the state patrolman who worked the scene had it.no keys here they said. called state patrol thur morning patrolman called back saying he left both items on seat. he called Orr's and called me go get the items. Orr's reluctantLu gave him back still no keys. after a heated argument wife steps in and takes my phone number and graciously said if we find we wwill call. Real low life typical wrecker company. Avoid at all costs. Rip you off if possible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!I had an accident about two miles from my house.The driver would not leave my car at my house unless I paid him $250.00 CASH. He would not take a check, debit card or credit card.Then they would not take my car to the body shop even after the received multiple call from the body shop, insurance company and even a conference call with the insurance company and myself. It took over a week to get my car out of their impound yard.One excuse after another just so they could run up the storage fees.

Warning!! Avoid this company! They caused major damage to my vehicle and refused to cover the costs of the repairs. Even after video evidence the owner was not willing to make this right and hung up on me. Be very careful when dealing with unethical businesses like this one.Service: Special vehicle towing

I live in the Atlanta area. I had a flat tire yesterday when I was visiting LaGrange. I called AAA at 1:30 pm and they promised to send a wrecker within an hour. To make a long story short, after waiting 3-1/2 hours, I learned the first wrecker company they contacted did not plan to come and did not inform anyone. AAA finally contacted Orr's Wrecker Service. They were there within an hour and the driver contacted me directly to give me updates on his ETA. The driver was friendly and professional and had me back on the road quickly. I can't tell you how grateful I was for Orr. I highly recommend them.Service: Tire change

this man is the worst person you can ever meet they towed my car and just because my name wasn't on my car he wouldn't let me get it and than I ask can I get my belonging they wouldn't let me get that neither....this company need to go out of business than went in my glove department got my registration out of it and use that against me saying I'm not the owner but nobody gave him permission to ramble around in my car
