Great experience, from start to finish. The pharmacist there helped me sync my prescription so they can all be filled on the same day each month and gave me better cash prices than what it was with my insurance! It’s also a plus that they deliver for free. Will be transferring my family’s prescriptions here.

Thursday the hours state close at 530pm. I drive over 30 minutes to get there. I get to the pharmacy door at 514…. Everything is locked up and closed. If you’re going to close early maybe change your hours and state closing is at 5pm.On top of that I have attempted to call over 10 times today just to ensure medications were ready…Piedmont over/this pharmacy deserves a no star but had no choice but to give them a single star.

It’s hard not to compare the customer service now to how it was with the last pharmacist. It seems they either don’t know how to help, or they are unwilling. They will fill your prescriptions, but they won’t help you find answers to your questions.

I can tell everyone that reads this I have been do business with NPP from day one I came from Kroger from many years there but now I let them take over all my need you can’t compare the two at NPP they treat you like family at other places your just a date of birth I think anyone gaves them a chance you will be very Satisfied I am very satisfied thank you Rcoker

A real honest to goodness DRUG STORE.If you need prescriptions, hands down this is where you need to go.We HAD to have a specific generic drug and these great folks, filled it immediately and worked out the best price possible.
