The worse customer service! They are very rude and intrusive making it very uncomfortable to shop!! Terrible experience and they also over charge! I’ll keep shopping on Amazon!

Lucky I am giving them a one star. They are very rude. I am stuck with an expensive product I can’t use. Very very rude and act like they don’t understand you. When they do ! Awful place. Return policy sux!

I went to this location (newnan) about a week ago and purchased a small container of edge booster. I don’t shop here very often because their prices are higher than going to some of the local stores… but I guess that’s what we call convenience. I took my time picking which booster to use because nothing seems to work. I finally decide to use it today and it’s clearly already been used! That’s pretty gross if you ask me. It’s not about the money at this point (it was 3.99). It’s about hygiene, the fact that I can’t return it because I no longer have my receipt, and this is the second time this has happened with an edge control they carry. This makes me wonder how many other items are being used or returned and not checked. Do better Mikys.Service: Hairstyling

I am a licensed cosmetologist they refused to give me a discount on items I was purchasing, my support definitely went out the door I’ll go to Walmart before I come back to this location they make so much off of the black community and yet the professionals are treated like we don’t keep them in business. Every supply store I’ve ever shopped at gave a professional discount, she was actually made when I presented my license lolService: Shampoo & conditioning

It really angers ? me when I go n Mickys! That IDIOT, little man follows everyone who enters. No one is going 2 steal ANYTHING frm that raggedy lil store. There's a btr way of policing your little store than by following patrons around. There r other & btr beauty supply stores n tge area. LISTEN EVERYONE!!! Stop ✋️ giving your $$ 2 an obviously PREJUDICE, Asian run/own, little beauty supply. If we (ppl of color) stop giving them our $$, we can put them out of business ? & they can relocate SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer to this store for years now and today was MY LAST time purchasing ANYTHING out this store! I purchased a pack of lash extensions and as I tried to take the extension off it broke into pieces! I brought them back to the store to exchange them for another pack and the owner did not want to take them back. She said she would lose money if she exchanged them out. I told her well I’m loosing money because I didn’t even get to put a dab of glue on the extension because they had broke so easily! They began to get very rude with me and I couldn’t believe it because she knows that I’ve been shopping and supporting her for years now! And I’d give you all 0 stars if I could!

i will never visit the store again. horrible customer service. they are nice to you when you're buying something but don't return it because their whole attitude changes. they don't understand we are the ones that made you people millionaire's. to be treat badly is beyound me. i will make sure i tell everyone at yamaha not to purchase anything at your expensive store.

I went in there to get some make up for my lace front. So I bought an item for about five dollars including tax and as I got into my car, I tried it on to see if it'll work. The makeup I had was too late and I went in the store with a receipt asking for an exchange. whoever was at the register insisted on expressing to me about how the items are on sellable if they are replaced. So I was in a situation to where I couldn't get an exchange, or get a refund for my item, even though it didn't work for me. So I let her know what I needed to make up for and she told me that the make up you use for your skin in the make up that you use for your lace front are two different make ups. So I asked her to point me in the right direction, and although I responded professionally as if I was the employee at this facility, she continue to speak to me with disrespect. It had no empathy for my situation. So I had to spend another five dollars to get something else that I thought might work. There was no customer service, she could've helped me find the correct color, she could've been supportive, and at least pretended like she gave a crap about my situation. She was rude to me off back, as if I was one of those women who came in the store to trash it just because I couldn't have my way. There was no respect for me being polite and respecting her facility. I will never shop at this place again. I buy my favorite wig from here and I spent $300 on that weed every three months when I come in here and I'll be damned if I be treated like that again over some five dollar make up. I was not once rude to her nor disrespectful, and I just wanted some help with my hair. It is a shame how these Asians treat Black people. I am a woman with a very good reputation OK and just how I have the ability to empathize for her situation because I've seen black women come in their steel, argue, and trash the store, so I understand that I may look like one of those women, but I am not, and I feel like she judged me and treated me based off the horrible experience that she has had at the store before . She could've apologized for both ends her being rude to me, and apologizing for me being a knowledgeable of what I was looking for when I came into the store.
