Free oil change with purchase of a new car is a great idea. However, after a 30 minute drive, and arriving at 8:00 am I waited 2 hours for my Bronco. Way too long for an oil change.

Mr. Charlie and all the people from check in to check out were the NICEST! On time service, professional, and personal! I highly recommend the Mike Fitzpatrick Ford service department!

So far, my experience with Mike Fitzpatrick Ford over the past year + has been excellent. Service department has been very good. Recently had my vehicle in for a recall repair expecting it to be there for several days. The same afternoon I got a call saying it was completed and ready to go.

Update on my 2017 F250, so they had my truck in the shop for a week. Decided they would have me come pick it up and make an appointment so that they can do the repair. When I picked up my truck, I left the shop, tried cutting my cruise control on, it would not work. I mad a stop, when I backed up, the backup camera would go off saying something was behind me (nothing there). They said there tech wasnt sure what wasa going on and the my front sensor was the only thing they could not align. So I made the appt for Oct 2nd to return so they could finish the job. I actually returned it Sept 28 so that they could also do a service and finish the repair. They have to take the front grill guard off to adjust the sensor. So, they call me Monday afternoon, saying that they can not get the sensor to align and because I had my truck deleted and a chip put in that is what caused the improper aligning. NOT TRUE, the chip had been in for almost 4 years now. If having the chip put in affected the computer system it would have done it along time ago. I have talked to several people that have had the same issue and they were able to get the front sensor aligned. THis will be the last time that I ever go back to MIKE FITZPATRICK FORD. Their customer service is way below par, knowlege of the techs stink, they need to go back to school and learn their job and learn it well. I am supposed to pick up my truck today Tueday afternoon, we will see. I am not holding my breath on it being fixed. Will return for on update..............

This experience was better than past ones. Had to replace battery which was under warranty, was given a ride home and the next day a ride back to pick up my car. Charlie, the service manager, was very good and friendly. Nice to have him back.

I custom ordered a 2024 Mustang from Jerry at Mike Fitzpatrick at the end of March 2023. It took a while to get here but Jerry did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process, and had my vehicle ready for me as quick as he could when it arrived on the lot. They were more than fair enough in getting me the best deal and working with me on the financing side of things. I'm loving my Mustang and I am more than pleased with the professionalism and service of Jerry and the rest at Mike Fitzpatrick.

Ordered my Mustang Mach-E. It came in early and the sales team informed me of the 0% financing that I was able to take advantage of, great experience.

My 2008 truck of a different brand left me stranded twice this year and even though I loved it dearly and would miss it, I decided it was time to get a new vehicle. I went to see Jerry Singer, who my family has bought dozens (no joke) of vehicles from over the years. I was convinced I needed an F250, or at the very least a 5.0L F150. Jerry walked me out to the lot and we got into an F150 Extended Cab STX with a 2.7L V6… “No way will I use a V6 to pull my 4000LB trailer!!! Change my mind if you can, Jerry!” If you think displacement truly equals power think again! Did I mention it’s a 2.7L V6 with TWIN TURBOS? This thing puts out 325hp/400lb-ft of torque and is PLENTY for what I use it for! If that’s not enough then consider the 3.5L V6 at 400hp/500lb-ft (more power than my company’s current 6.2L gas F250!) This truck is exactly what I needed for my company and let me tell you this: the turbo hiss begins around 2300rpm and the power curve is intense (if that’s your thing, but I keep my foot out of it because I want this truck to last as long as the last one if not longer) and that hisssssss will put a smile on your face! Go see Jerry and snag a test drive and your mind will hopefully be changed like mine was!

The staff at Mike Fitzpatrick ford in Newnan Ga. Were friendly and willing to help me get my new Ford F150 Lariat. I have bought numerous new vehicles from them with satisfaction every time.

Made an appointment for transmission filter change and fluid flush. Dropped off as they opened. Never received a call so I started checking from 3pm to finally getting the phone answered at 5. Service had no clue and saw that the tech had pulled the ticket then went home. Now I was stuck hunting a vehicle for work the next day. Needless to say. Two days to service my transmission, no calls, no one answering phones is the same experiences I have had with this dealership since 2015. They just don't seem to care about customers returning to them. I surely will not.

I am disappointed and I regret writing this review but I feel it necessary to let others know around the Newnan area about the service experience here. BE WARNED!Problem 1: The online scheduling service is untrustworthy. I scheduled an oil change 3 weeks in advance on their website, got email confirmation for the specific date and time. I arrived on time and was told they are fully booked today and I could not wait on my vehicle. I was then told the system should not have allowed me to schedule an appointment for today. How is that possible? I had them check their system and they found my original appointment. Clearly this is not a technical issue with the website but they are NOT CHECKING THE ONLINE SYSTEM. Instead, call the dealership and they will write you down on their dry erase board. I think Ford should be ashamed to have their name advertised at this dealership with how terrible this is if they continue to offer service scheduling online but completely ignore it. This was my second vehicle I was bringing in for an oil change as they already had my truck in for service for a leaking moonroof that has been sitting on their lot for 2+ months now "waiting for a service tech to be assigned to work on it".Problem 2: My truck (2018 f150) was brought in for a roof leak beginning of June, was told 3 to 4 weeks before they can get to it. After 2 months and multiple calls, no service tech was assigned and no work has been done. My truck has been on their lot for 2 months without ANYTHING done to it. I feel I could have scheduled to keep the truck with me until THEY WERE READY for me to drop off the truck for service. With both of these problems, I decided to take my truck elsewhere. I would rather give another dealership a try at this point and lose my spot that's already been waiting 2+ months. Either they do not have enough qualified technicians or they are overbooked, telling customers bogus ETA's and taking on more than they can handle. I should mention they replaced my whole moonroof unit 2 years ago and forgot to reinstall the mesh air deflector. Maybe it's partially my fault for not noticing until a few months ago but should be expected that they don't miss reinstalling parts when they repair something. (Looking Online, That's a $300 OEM part by the way)Problem 3: There are no loaners offered here. I have only two vehicles and I am taking them somewhere else for service. Moving forward - they have lost my business.I have read some other reviews on here with recent similar experiences. What have we learned from this? If you are going for an oil change, then call them and verbally schedule it. If you are looking for service on a more advanced piece of equipment on your vehicle, look somewhere else unless you want to wait months. Warranties from Ford also do not help when they are "waiting for a service tech to be assigned".I have 2 other family members who both have F150's and will also be staying away. I hope the service manager, owner, or regionals are aware of the poor service as this seems to be a similar problem for this area. If you are going to tell me an ETA, then at least be honest if there is going to be a further delay - communication is key.

Our vehicle [2019 Focus Titanium] was there 3 months [April 11th to June 30th].It never was looked at. We were told that the person that hires mechanics would not hire any more, although the dealership could use 8 more. [Per Charlie]We were told 3 weeks when we brought it in. Was very patient week after week. But at the 3 month mark, we pulled the car out and took it elsewhere. We had already contacted the dealership that we were taking it to, but someone in the front office thought they were doing us a favor by calling over to the next dealership. I have no idea why. smhBought and drove Fords all my life. Won't be purchasing/servicing one in Newnan though.Worst. Experience. Ever.

Good Luck trying to get a service appointment. The online appointment will only give you 1 day out of month to pick from. When you call the dealership, they do not answer when you are transferred to service department or they will not transfer you because the lines are busy. Very Frustrating!!!!

They had my car for 7 days to diagnose a problem, I had to call several times to get an update because no one bothered to call me. Then they quoted me 1k more for the service than any mechanic in town and charged me for the diagnosis. Horrible service department!
