Go to any other Ford Dealer but them they will rip you off loose your key and say you never gave it to them and they have no customer service skills at all

First off, I’ve never written a review of any business, but I feel like this one needs to be reviewed, just in case the General Manager cares to know how customers are being handled in the service department. I just had my engine replaced at the beginning of the year in this Ford’s service department, but to my surprise, my engine light is back on after I waited months for them to diagnose and replace my engine. I was able to.get my car back to Mike Fitzpatrick Ford in Newnan, since they did the repairs, and was told it would take a few days for a diagnosis of the problem. Here it is 2 weeks later, and they haven’t even looked at my car yet. I’ve called several times, and feel that I get the run around each time I call. It seems Charlie is always with a customer. I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving at this Ford, as my experience with the Ford in Columbus Georgia was very different. Fortunately, I have been able to move back to Columbus, and will patronize the Ford here, where I know customers are valued, and are not a bother.

Jerry Singer is the best sales agent ever! He was extremely helpful. He got me in and out of the dealership very quickly in got me amazing pricing and fantastic financing. It was just a great experience all the way around. If you're interested in purchasing a Ford go to this dealership and find Jerry Singer and he will take great care of you!

Nothing really spectacular about the service. the ones who shuttle your vehicle back and forth don't care where they put their feet dirty shoes messing up my trim ? I'm gonna give you people out there a prime example of how these dealerships really make their money ?, took my vehicle in wanted service. Long story short was asked to put down a deposit..???? that in it's self is a red flag..put down 300 hundred dollars deposit..ok.didnt have the service done then left with my vehicle returned this morning 08/19/24 asked for my deposit back didn't require the service any longer they took 54 dollars some change from the deposit excuse was restocking fee!!!!!??? extortion at its finest.

Bear with me as this will be a long review and I’m not happy. I bought my car (a 2021 ford escape sel) in Feb of 2023 and have no issues aside from not being given the door code when I originally purchased. Not a big deal I was able to go to my local ford dealership in Newnan and paid for them to retrieve the door code. Well the code I was given back in 2023 never worked and I never had the time to go back up there nor was I really worried about it. Anyway. On april 7 of 2024 I got in my car and noticed my instrument cluster screen was blank. So I tried to schedule an appointment with ford. Was able to get it scheduled for June but the day of my appointment we got hit with a big storm so I had to reschedule. No big deal. I scheduled my appointment for July 3rd. Dropped my car off on the 3rd explained the issues. (The driver side door would squeak when I opened it turns out this was related to the recall so no fees for me. Yay. And I expressed my concern over the door code- I was told I’d be charged again. Which irritated me but luckily I had kept the paper with the code they gave me to show in case it was wrong I can only assume I was given the wrong door code because I was recently told I wouldn’t have to pay for this service. Anyway when I got my car I got the extended warranty. When I dropped my car off I was told it would be there for about 3 weeks. (It’s been well over and no pick up date in sight hence this review) charlie is currently my service tech. He’s done an okay job keeping me updated I guess. Anyway, it’s currently August 13th. I went up to ford because I haven’t had an update in over a week and a half. And the last update they gave me they told me that they had initially had a ship date for the part (which was 2/3 weeks ago) but the ship date was removed and they didn’t know when the part would arrive. When I went up to ford this morning I walked into the parts department and tried to explain my issue to a man (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he’s recognizable as he only has one had.) He was extremely dismissive towards me to the point where I got aggravated and walked over to the service department and explained to charlie it had been over a month an I needed an update on my vehicle because this was ridiculous. He then gave me the number to ford and I had to call them directly. Spent and hour on the phone with a wonderful woman named Leah only to learn that the forms weren’t filled out properly therefore there was no part in route for my vehicle and had I not called and tried to figure it out my car would still be sitting for months. I’m frustrated as I’ve made 2 car payments and 2 insurance payments on a car that I haven’t even been able to drive. And nobody up at ford has attempted to resolve the issue. But yet I’m still expected to pay for the repairs. Do better ford.

If you want your vehicle to be stuck for months at a time in their service department then by all means take it to them. However if you don't, find someone else that can fix your issues. Charlie is the service advisor, he has not been communicative about my vehicle, only time I have had contact IF I get contact is if I call myself. Took my truck in on April 18, 2024 to have a repair done, on May 23, 2024 I got the call that my truck was finally done, we paid I went home with it and then had to take it back the following week because the issue that I took it for had not been fixed. Charlie said they would only have it maybe a few days, so I took it back May 31, 2024 and here we are 6 weeks later and I still don't have my truck, I have called repeatedly with no answers, no call back, emailed the dealership, and tonight 7-10-24 I get a call that I missed by a few seconds at 5:54pm knowing they close at 6!
I am beyond pissed at this point as we paid almost 5k for a repair that didn't even fix the issue it was originally brought it for, they ran all my gas out last time, broke the front plate cover, marked rear lights as not working when they actually worked fine, and now I'm also going to have a late fee in my tag because you have had it for the last 6 weeks and I wasn't willing to chance coming to get it to have it tested only to be put back at the end of the line for repair or whatever it is that has taken so long and y'all have my truck even longer than you already have! This is absolutely ridiculous! Whine because you want more business but how do you expect to get more business when you are leaving people without their vehicle for months at a time!?
This is the second time I've had to have a repair done and the first time was a great experience, only had to go without my truck for a week that time and it was fixed correctly, the guy there at the time of that repair was great. I am not impressed this time AT ALL!

We had a wonderful experience with Mike Fitzpatrick Ford from ordering our new 2025 Ford Platinum to picking it up. Don Sweger and Richard Garner made ordering and receiving of the vehicle so easy. Tom in the Finance department made the paperwork process go very smoothly. All were very friendly and courteous to our needs and what we wanted. We were in and out there in less than 2 hours to pick our vehicle. We've had it for a week and have no issues. So far so good and we are extremely happy!
