I was with Metro for quite a few years and I went in here to ask them for help the lady explained to me that if I was from another company bringing service I get a free phone but since I had been with them for several years or whatever I needed to pay $500 for a phone or whatever the cost of the phone was and I said well I guess I need to switch then so I switched to Verizon and I'm pretty happy with it so far I mean at least they got people that want to help you that want your service want to you know work for you yeah the lady that was working there didn't seem like she cared if I fell over dead in the floor so you may want to get some customer service Representatives that act like they give a care about the customers

Jasmine was great! She was able to answer all of our questions, upgrade a device and complete some adjustments on our bill. This is the first time I've had such a pleasant and productive experience at a Metro store. I will be looking for Jasmine in the future. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Rep and even manager are unwilling to help with product just purchased that was defective out of the box. Better to pay a little more and go to Verizon where they at least value their customers. Johnathan was very unprofessional and it reflects in the staff. The very rep that sold us these 4 galaxy A13 phones a few days ago acted as if I was unreasonable for expecting a working product. Wow just wow. You would think with large amount of negative reviews that corporate would step up and maybe put a PIP in place (performance improvement plan) but it doesn't appear to be a priority with metro??

The worst customer service. They charged me 99 dollars for the phone that i thought was free for switching from a different carrier. The store person checked to see if I qualified, and i did, so the phone should have been 0 dollars. Instead, the store clerk charged me 99 dollars and said it was for activation. My total bill was 190 and the phone doesnt even work. It is locked and needs a hard reset, because some employee was using the phone for personal use with many text messages ahowing on the phone. So I called the store and complained and they told me i needed some kind of coupon to get it for free and that this A32 galaxy is otherwise 99 dollars. If this is true, i saw no information like this online on the Metro advertusing at all. If i needed a coupon, why didnt the store employee inform me of this fact, instead of charging me for the phone and twlling me that it wass the activation fee that cost so much. When i called to complain, they were quite rude and said if i want my money back, i will have to lose my existing phone number. So now i am stuck with a phone that doeant even work right, switched from my previous carrier, and worst of all, I feel angry for the FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISINFORMATION given to me by the store employee. These people obviously do not know a thing about customer care, service, or how to keep their customwrs. I will switch to another carrier at the end of the month for certain. I have been cheated and frauded by the store employees of this branch. i highly reccomend that you never buy anything from Mwtro PCS stores in Newnan. They are owned by the same person, so i am sure the customer care is bad at both stores.

We spent almost $500. My phone was still not working when I left the store. Plan I purchased was not applied to account. Spent another hour on the phone with customer service to fix.

Best Metro I’ve been to in a while. Girls were so friendly, I came with charging issues and turns out my charging port was dirty. Happy they fixed it :)

Terrible experience. Upgraded to a new phone. Got home and phone screen was going off and on. Took phone back today and the two young girls said no refund or exchange. Worst phone store in GA.

Store was **supposed to be open*** but wasn't. Waited in my car for 2 hours as I had made an appointment but no one ever came out for me or even opened the security flaps.Not using sprint anymore, especially since I came in due to my data cutting out for 0 reason in 90% percent of places I visit.Extremely disappointed with the lack of service since I went out of my way to call the 1-800 number and they said themselves the store was supposed to be open and they tried to call the store too.

Went in to have my charging port cleaned on my phone. Denied service because I didnt have a mask and was asked to leave the store when I was trying to explain that I have asthma and can't wear a mask. Said she would get fired for helping me. Canceled 5 lines I pay for.
