Metro by T-Mobile provides great customer service. Employees are extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. One employee provided superior service, helping transfer everything from old devices to a new phone. This excellent treatment is an example of how all employees should treat people, making customers want to stay with the company and definitely come back. More employees of this stature are needed.
