We just purchased a washer today and myles was amazing and gave us great customer service its rare to find a great worker who speaks very clear and was very friendly made purchasing a washer very easy!

The customer service was a hit or miss. Charmin was not helpful at all but rather rude. She kept trying to get us to have our fridge delivered the next day rather than us getting the fridge the same day. This was not for our convenience but rather hers because she did not want to do the work of lifting it as she stated despite she did none of the lifting. She also refused to call over a manager when she knew she needed help because she said she had it figured out and in the end, we did not get the discounted price. Joe was very helpful though. He helped my boyfriend get the fridge lifted into our truck, no questions asked. Charmin was hired to do a job, she needs to complete that job. I hear she does this rather often. Overall, not happy with her customer service.

Just sucks that as a veteran I applied to a company that says they support veterans, I applied to a leadership position and I have 20+ years of leadership experience with plenty in retail and I was still REJECTED FOR A JOB!!!

Went in during their Memorial Day sale looking for a refrigerator. After hours of indecisiveness from my wife and I, the customer service associate, Myles was extremely patient and helpful from start to finish. Would also like to thank his manager Jill for working with us during payment processing. Our experience because of them will bring us back to Lowe’s!

Shopping here is usually fine but I'm done with the garden dept- between the too high prices, ridiculously crowded aisles, low quality products, and waiting an excessively long time for someone to come out and give me pinestraw, I'm over it. I waited 10 mins one day to get the pinestraw- too long but they were kind of busy so fine. Went back to get more the next day and waited over 20 mins before calling the store only to be put on Hold. Another 20 mins later, nobody showed up, I was still on Hold and decided I just wanted my money back. I went into the store to get a refund but the cst svc desk line was literally out the front door - I really had to tinkle and I was out of patience so I left and just hoped I could get a refund when I came back another day. I was dreading having to go back to the store so I could get a refund so was momentarily pleased to see the reply from Lowe's to my 1 star review. Unfortunately, the # they provided was a general # where I sat on Hold for a very long time (AGAIN!!!!!!) just to be told they couldn't do anything for me and I need to go back to the store for a refund. So yeah, I'm now a VERY VERY VERY unhappy and dissatisfied Lowes-card-holding customer. The ONLY good thing about any of this is that I had a chance to put down the pinestraw I got the day before and found out it's TERRIBLE!!!! Faded, full of random weirdness like bottlecaps, bird feathers, sticks, pinecones, non-pine straw- so I'm happy I don't have 10 more bales of this junk to mess with as long as Lowe's will actually refund me. That's a battle for another day. For now, i need to find another place to buy pinestraw and everything else I would usually buy at Lowe's....

oven broke during xmas meal dinner, the glass just shattered I did my research picked the one I wanted. lucky they had it instock on the wearhouse. and it could be delivered like the following day. that was news years eve. welllllllllll it was a lemon, a dud, everything was wrong, but on a HOLIDAY weekend nobody was picking up the phone to discuss this new "48" hour warranty. so the very next day I went in. the manager in the Newnan section said that it was good I can get a replacement since it was a "holiday" and whatever. but then they told me that hey didn't have the same stove in stock for over two months. the stove it self "worked" but half of the burners were out., I have small children I can't go WITHOUT stove because I have a "48" window to return it so the managers at the warehouse and the store said I could keep this lemon stove until they get more in stock, it would be about feb 2nd.. they would give me a call. to schedule a pick up and drop off..... well all the sudden its march, April, nothing, I call them... they said "oh yeah we can't honor that because your past the 48 hour window". OOOMMMGGG im mind blown at this point. first my family works for lowes, plus we are veterans WHO JUST GOT DISCOUNTS TAKEN AWAY and now your going back on your word! you have to be kidding me ! I've been trying to schedule a repair, BUT THE PERSON THEY TIRED TO SEND OUT ALSO TOLD ME THAT A DRYER WITH A PURE H-0-L-E melted to the outside could be fixed, I did not want that man coming back in my house. the other option that they gave me was a norcorss location who has called my husband and said that was too far of a drive and they'd not service this area. so here I am, spending and paying for a 2,5k plus oven and its been broken since the day they dropped it off. it continues to get worse, the warming light now stays on even though we don't use it. its just a complete ****show. they knew this was a lemon and I am almost positive about that! Now they have gone back on their word about replacing my oven and saying I have to go through warranty. we'll I did that, THEN THEIR PERSON NOW SAYS I LIVE TO FAR AND THEY WONT SERVICE ME!! OH I am so tired, but I am not going to keep fighting! this stupid oven continues to get worse and more and more mechanical issues as time has gone past these few months.... NEVER AGAIN, Home Depot ALL THE WAY!!!!

Overall it’s alright however when you’re. Checking out at a self service register and the older lady backs up to watch you like a Hawk; that’s the most non customer service experience. If you don’t trust me then open the lines!
