Not a huge fan of the parking situation at this Kroger, almost every spot it full which makes it hard to find somewhere to park. This store is a lot bigger than the other Kroger location in Newnan, which is my preferential store. A lot more staff around this store, though I did have to wait a bit at the money services area for someone to come by.

The customer services at this location is awful. Each encounter I have had that had to have management involved has been awful. The associates act the same way as the management I encountered. First incident was soda was on sale for buy 2 get three free. It didn’t ring up that way. I noticed on my receipt. The manager said I needed the digital coupon. I let her know that the sign didn’t state it was a digital coupon deal. She told me I would have to wait she needed to count down drawers before she could deal with me. I went and got the sign and brought it to her. Then she huffed and puffed because she had to give me money back. She called a cashier over and told them to deal with me. I wish I had gotten her name. Another incident was no check outs were open and only self checkout on the right of the store were open. The line was long and then I noticed no one was using the self checkout with the conveyor belt. Everyone was in line for the others and everyone was facing to the right in of the other self checkouts. Some other customers noticed to and went the the self checkout with the conveyor belt. I got in line behind them. An associate came over to me and not the people who were using this checkout in front of us. She said you need to go get in line with the others. You have to wait in line to use this checkout. I explained to her no one was using this lane or even trying to. She said I don’t care and walked away. There are no signs directing people and the associate wasn’t directing people to use this checkout and said nothing to the people in front of me who did the exact same thing I did. No one after that started using that checkout and the associate didn’t tell people to start using it. I left my cart and told the associate why I was leaving. She said so, rolled her eyes, sighed , and turned away so I couldn’t see her name tag. I called the store and talked to a Destiny who stated she was in charge. She was rude and not helpful.

Feel like things are just thrown into the store feels very unorganized. I walked in circles trying to find things. The smaller store are a little better organized than this larger store just feels like things are all over the place.

Store full of people and 1 register open with 1 bagger. Manager told the bagger to "check the restrooms" while helping an elderly customer. Said customer had to bag their own order.

Security at the front is very rude and not professional!! Yelling at people telling them to hurry up and make it fast because they want to go home..

Arrived to Kroger at 10:30pm (when they close at 11pm) the security at the front tells me make it snappy because we are about to close I said yes I know that you guys close at 11pm.. when I was leaving at 10:45pm a guy was trying to come in since the doors were already closed and the security had to let us out she tells the guy we are closed and didn’t allow for him to come in the guy tela her I thought Kroger closed at the 11pm and then she said yea but we closed.. I let her know it’s not 11pm so she had to let him in. Super rude lady!!

Kroger
Popular grocery store chain location. Convenient location in great residential neighborhood. Easy access from interstate and major roads. Plenty of free parking and adequate shopping carts. Great produce, deli and frozen food section. Most locations have bakery and pharmacy. Some locations have urgent care called the little clinic. Helpful and polite staff
