I dig the personality of everyone who works here. It *could* have a better selection, but I understand the difficulties around available products & limited space.

Every time I go to the Bullsboro Drive location, something extra gets added to my rcpt that I didn't pay for & Kroger refuses to fix it! They won't return my emails! They tell customers to contact them but what good does that do?

The Bullsboro store is often referred to as the "ghetto Kroger". Once a smaller store, it has gotten a couple or so renovations over the years to expand its footprint and interior size and offerings. While the aisles may be a little narrower than what they used to be, a customer can still pass through without much trouble. Handicapped people driving the electric carts have to watch for pop up displays in the aisles sometimes. I don't care for those. Otherwise, the Bullsboro store is still a great place to buy groceries and get your prescriptions. While they have newer employees they still have some who have been at the location for many years. They do get very busy especially Fridays when they have more promotions going on. The best times to go are before 11am and after 7pm if you want to deal with fewer customers there. Most of the employees there are nice and knowledgeable.

Being from Newnan, this is the OG Kroger and the location that started my love affair with the grocery store. This Kroger is located in between downtown Newnan and Ashley Park (New Newnan) and sits in the shopping center that used to hold KMart, Hastings and a variety local spots, but now houses Roses, Aaron's and Ollie's. While I love this Kroger, I will say that it is in need of some updates and a good facelift. Everything in this location is about original and you can tell. The staff does a decent job of keeping it clean, but at this point, it's putting lipstick on a pig. While it is smaller than most newer locations, I don't have any issues finding what I am after. Service is hit and miss, just like most retail spots today. They always have a few actual lines open in addition to self check-out, so waits are never too long. In addition to the store, the pharmacy is excellent. My parents have used the pharmacy for decades, and all the team are beyond nice, on first name basis with them and are beyond helpful. I appreciate the pharmacy team a lot for taking care of my parents all these years! Overall, this Kroger holds a special place in my grocery store heart. Can it be improved? Yeah. But is it a terrible spot? Absolutely not!

Somebody in produce put vinegar in the $5 fruit bowl. Vinegar does not go in fruit. The woman at self checkout was rude.

Yesterday I walked in to make a return on an item that was expired and stale. I stood at guest services for about 3 minutes and a worker who was working at self check out looked and me and yelled “it’s closed.” I asked if she was talking to me and she said yes, it’s closed. I was clearly perplexed and asked if I could make a return, she said no, it’s closed. The worker didn’t ask if she could assist me with my return or anything, she just turned around and continued her conversation.I walked out, called the number on the site, no answer. Frustrated, I walked back in and asked a worker that was bagging where can I make a return. She was so nice and friendly, she walked me over to another register and processed my return.I understand that working in customer service is hard, I experienced it for over 6 years. What you can’t do is be rude and dismissive to a customer who clearly needed help. I will NEVER return to this location.
