Working out of town, all the way from NW Ohio. Noticed at my job site I had a back tire low. Got done with the job and needed some air in my LR tire. Stopped by Mavis since it was right next to my hotel. Walked in and was greeted by Diamond, very professional and extremely hospitable young woman, behind the counter. Went to get some air in my tire, and found out the valve steam was bad. Diamond and her crew didn't blink an eye on helping me get back on the road so I can get to Statesboro to my next job. I would 100% recommend going in and talking to Diamond in getting all your car's needs and getting that true southern charm that is lacking in the Midwest where I am from!

I was having trouble with one of my tires a few weeks ago. I went in to have them check my tire pressure on my Cadillac SUV. It was a Sunday morning and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait to check the air in all my tires. I waited sbout 30 minutes and Bryce came and brought my car into one of the bays. He checked all my tires and realized that the sensors were not registering correctly on my dashboard. He went above and beyond to remove all the tires and put the proper air in and then reset each sensor.
Bryce was very professional and went above and beyond. Thank you for the great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed to find a place on a Sunday that could patch my tire without having to leave my car or wait too long. The first place I went was closed, the second place was unorganized and rude so I left but the third place, Mavis, was understanding and polite. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I’d never been there before but I promise you I will go there from now on for all of my tire/brake needs. Quality work!!! I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes?
