I couldn't tell you about their service with storage containers, etc., but I'm pregnant and had my 2 year old and 4 year old in the car with me when I blew a tire right by their business. I couldn't have had more helpful people help me in a time of need than the employees at this business! They jacked up the car for me, took the tire nearby to get us a new tire and offered water and a place to sit inside while waiting! True customer service and kindness!

I bought a container from Jenco Sales(Robert) awhile ago. I was told that if I ever needed help with anything to call them. I called to see if they could help me get my container back on blocks and lifted back up. Robert sent out Landon and Scott. They were awesome. They got it done quickly and were really good to work with. It’s really nice to know that I can count on Robert and his team at Jenco sales to get it done. Thanks.

Great experience. Come put your hands on em instead of buying a "mystery" container off the internet. They will let you look at any container you want to. Dawn, Thad, and the Driver were excellent. No one in Alabama had the quality or price they did on Containers.

I inherited a lower grade container and wanted to improve it with premium paint, ventilation, and a window. I could not be more pleased with the outcome! It looks 100% better. My entire experience was spot on! Thad, Mike, Landen (and the kind man at the shop who showed me the window and how to add walls inside) were impeccable! Thad went over and above with his kindness and generosity, answered all of my questions, and worked with me every step of the way. The only drawback...the communication at the office level was poor. So, if you can get your information past the intake receptionist, and directly to the shop (Thad), all is good from there. There are countless options available to modify the containers, so do not hesitate to ask for what you want. Those guys have the skill to fabricate anything and my visit there confirmed it. I would get one even if I didn't need one.

Jenco delivered 2 shipping containers into my driveway on Decatur, GA on Fri 11/20/2020. Excellent product, delivery, and customer service. Jill at Jenco was very thorough in explaining my options in the weeks of planning. Eg, suggested getting these concrete blocks at Lowes or HD if placing the containers in yard. Covered every detail, like thinking about which orientation the containers arrive at site (doors of container facing cab of truck?). Professional and experienced. I admit, I was daunted by this project, but Jenco held my hand and made sure that it was a success. Yaaay, great storage we now have! Thx Jenco!
