I purchased a Honda CRV 2023 and absolutely love it! There was a problem with the dash however that made like a rattle noise when driving at a certain speed. But Carlos Ortiz at service was so great at keeping me updated on the part when it came in and took the time to explain about the part that was needed and all, great customer service!

I previously reported issues with this Honda- particularly the service department. It’s good to know that Honda actually read the reviews. The manager reached out- went over and beyond to correct the issue. Also on my last visit a service staff member actually met me in the service garage to check me in…which is a change from their usual behavior of ignoring customers as if we are a nuisance. Giving Honda a ‘3’ rating for the effort….would have given at least a ‘4’ star initially if the manager would have made it a priority to speak to me as requested on the day of the incident and if the service staff would at least greet us upon arrival oppose to ignoring us/behaving as if customers are a bother. Kudos to Justin. It was my first time meeting him. He was awesome on the day of the incident. He wasn’t my assigned service staff member but went over and beyond before knowing the details of my issue. He’s a great example customer service!

They popped my gas cap and did not complete my oil change when all I brought my vehicle in for was an oil change.

Service department is a joke I was a mechanic for nearly 4 years and I recently replaced my wife's front brake pads and rotors plus the back pads and rotors and when we purchased the car we purchased the 10 oils changes for 400 dollars which is synthetic oil and oil filter and which saves me a hour and only saves about 50 bucks if it do it my self so 10 hours saved for 50 bucks is a no brainer but when I replaced the brakes and pads they told my wife she needed new brake pads and rotors immediately and she called freaking out and now that I've called them out about that they will hardly even speak to my wife their a SCAM beware!!!!

I've tried to buy a 2022 or 2023 CRV-EXL with blind spot detection. Honda of Newnan insists on packing their cars with LoJack, mud flaps and wheel locks which I don't want and adds about $2000.00 to the price of their car. For some reason, they only offer CRV's that do not feature the BSI Blind spot indicator."Hi Honda, Got any coming in tomorrow? Leave off the LoJack, wheel locks and mudguards, too.""Honda: We can't leave those off" I'm still interested if they want to make a deal....

I would strongly avoid coming here outside of major OEM repairs. I came in to get my A/C checked out as it was not consistently blowing cold air. After paying an absurd amount for a diagnostic (they charge $180), they told me it just needed a new compressor. This aftermarket part can be purchased for around $200. They quoted me at $2,300 for this repair for a nearly 20-year old civic! This kind of price gouging is disgusting. They overcharge for a diagnostic only to grossly jack up the price for any repairs, knowing you're not likely to waste money on their diagnostic. After opting not to get the repairs there, it took them nearly 10 minutes to find my vehicle. Once I got back in my car, I noticed a plastic part I've never seen sitting in my passenger seat. I asked the rep what it was and he didn't know. I went to put it in my glovebox and the entire thing fell apart on the floor. They didn't even correctly put it back together after taking it apart. I had to wait there for their technicians to correctly build it back. It took me about half an hour to simply pay them (robbery) and leave with my car with no work being done to it. Overall, I was very disappointed with their service and business practices.*Update: I took my vehicle down the road to Express Oil and they fixed the issue for $320. It just had a freon leak… what a ripoff this could have been!Service: Air conditioning

My first visit to thus services department for the summer maintenance on my 2006 Accord EX V6. Excellent service advisor, Carlos! All of the service advisors spoke politely as i walked passed them. It's clean and spacious. It must be under great management! Because it trickles down from the top, after all. Kudos to management . This is my new service team.

Tag 5482 visited for B12 service didn't turn out well. Was told tire rotation was completed by both service advisor and technician when it was not done and later an excuse was made saying technician misread the service order sheet after I showed proof tires were not rotated.

I agree with Anonymous A's review, it's spot on. It was all good when we bought a car from them but if you have problems they are awful to work with. We actually planned on trading in 2 vehicles and looking to buy more for our new teen drivers. The main vehicle in question would have been traded in and they wouldn't have had to honor or worry about the Oil Change Program on the vehicle. Thankfully we know now not to do business with them anymore.

Update - every level of this dealership is staffed with crooks and swindlers. My new mission in life is to make sure everyone knows to steer clear of this stealership and their shady business practices. The glowing reviews (like my first one) are all from people who haven't experienced any problems YET. The staff only seems to know selling and passing the buck. Buyer beware. I'd rather be riding a bicycle than driving a Hendrick Certified automobile.
