Service department is a joke I was a mechanic for nearly 4 years and I recently replaced my wife's front brake pads and rotors plus the back pads and rotors and when we purchased the car we purchased the 10 oils changes for 400 dollars which is synthetic oil and oil filter and which saves me a hour and only saves about 50 bucks if it do it my self so 10 hours saved for 50 bucks is a no brainer but when I replaced the brakes and pads they told my wife she needed new brake pads and rotors immediately and she called freaking out and now that I've called them out about that they will hardly even speak to my wife their a SCAM beware!!!!

I've tried to buy a 2022 or 2023 CRV-EXL with blind spot detection. Honda of Newnan insists on packing their cars with LoJack, mud flaps and wheel locks which I don't want and adds about $2000.00 to the price of their car. For some reason, they only offer CRV's that do not feature the BSI Blind spot indicator."Hi Honda, Got any coming in tomorrow? Leave off the LoJack, wheel locks and mudguards, too.""Honda: We can't leave those off" I'm still interested if they want to make a deal....

My first visit to thus services department for the summer maintenance on my 2006 Accord EX V6. Excellent service advisor, Carlos! All of the service advisors spoke politely as i walked passed them. It's clean and spacious. It must be under great management! Because it trickles down from the top, after all. Kudos to management . This is my new service team.

I agree with Anonymous A's review, it's spot on. It was all good when we bought a car from them but if you have problems they are awful to work with. We actually planned on trading in 2 vehicles and looking to buy more for our new teen drivers. The main vehicle in question would have been traded in and they wouldn't have had to honor or worry about the Oil Change Program on the vehicle. Thankfully we know now not to do business with them anymore.

Update - every level of this dealership is staffed with crooks and swindlers. My new mission in life is to make sure everyone knows to steer clear of this stealership and their shady business practices. The glowing reviews (like my first one) are all from people who haven't experienced any problems YET. The staff only seems to know selling and passing the buck. Buyer beware. I'd rather be riding a bicycle than driving a Hendrick Certified automobile.

Chad Clark absolutely wowed me with a car buying experience. I've never in my life came close to enjoying the car buying process. Chad walked me through everything smoothly and comfortably. Asked me my feelings and thoughts, cared about my needs when buying my dream truck. Gave me a great deal and I couldn't be more happier. I highly recommend using chad for buying a vehicle! I will forever be a customer because of what chad did for me and my family.

My experience was horrible with this dealer. I called the dealer regarding a used BMW they had for sale. the salesperson called me back and said come on over and test drive. I told him that I live almost two hours from the dealer and I can only come on the weekend. He insisted that I should come on Saturday because there was a lot of interest in that car. I said I come on Sunday. After two hours drive to the dealer, the sales person showed up and stated that the car WAS NOT ready to be test driven but "you can buy the car if you want to" he told me. I could not believe my ears. I drove 2 hours each way and wasted my whole Sunday. I called and complained about the joke of customer service and the answer was more pressure call next few days from dealership to try to sale the car in form of apology. What a nerve! I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anybody PERIOD!!!
