Edit: after waiting over a week for my refund that I need to purchase a new unit, I find out that they canceled my order but never refunded it. After assuring me that the refund was already processed correctly before. I am now 3 weeks in on this and still don't see the end of this horrible transaction!!!I cannot stress how upset I am with their associate in appliances. I purchased a new refrigerator, and signed up for a home delivery. I handed the associate my ID to put in my information, and waited 2 weeks for my delivery. The day of delivery I see the truck pull up to a neighbors house. I called the driver who stated that the address on the delivery was put in wrong as 23 instead of 28, and he would not be able to complete the delivery. I called the help line quickly because I wanted to get it fixed before he left. They then told me the only option was to reschedule... the guy was 20 feet away with my appliance, and they would not authorize him to take it off the truck!

Refuse to even consider taking back a nail gun from Ryobi the second time that it did not work very unpleasant young lady up front and would not me to communicate with the manager I will not be going to home Depot any longer they can stick all their Ryobi straight up where the sun don't shine

Terrible customer service, no one cares to help paying people in this place, don't come here, no one will take care of you, employees hid from customers.2 customers and I went across the street to Lowe's to buy stuff, I don't know how managers at Home Depot run a business like this losing money every day.

Always find what I need and more. I own a food truck4D Street Eats..the STORE manager came and helped me put together a much needed fix for my truck.. he saw me struggling and saved me...Home Depot gained a customer for life!

So this review was much longer, but GOOGLE won't accommodate it. SO the abridged version is this...No help in stores...they tell you to shop online...then that..Online experience is difficult.Pages don't load.Comparisons are difficult.Apparently options chosen DO NOT stay in the buggy when the page reloads like” appliance removal.”Hoses & cords ARE NOT included with ovens, refrigerators & dishwashers that cost hundreds of dollars! Totaling thousands!Delivery notices are not given as promised. Deliveries do not come when promised.The support team is NO SUPPORT, telling you they can't add anything, you can't go buy anything & have it waiting at your house.If you call a store for help, again they find out you bought online, which BOTH STORES TOLD ME TO DO!! Then will not help you!So weeks later, I have been heaped with guilt, misdirected, my husband died, & I'm just left WITH NO APPLIANCES, feeling frustrated & lost & NO ONE AT HOME DEPOT GIVES TWO HOOTS!I'm going to Lowe's to see what they can do, since Home Depot isn’t interested.

The young people who work there in the Pro payment department don't even pack your things in plastic bags anymore. Their service is very terrible and they do not greet you at any time, they say good morning or good afternoon. What a lack of education they give to customer service, I just passed by a young woman who is there
