Met by Manager Ronald who was friendly and knowledgeable but not over selling. Spent over 10K and was given a Military Discount and a couple free pillows. Good experience, got all we were looking for. Thanks for holding up your quality

Strike 2- I'm beyond done...so last post I stated that I wasn't elated about the delivery service that is contracted with the local Newnan Haverty's location. They had me waiting on them for hours and called at 8pm to state they wouldn't be able to deliver my furniture. So we agreed on today being my makeup appointment around 12pm. A Customer Service rep called me back and stated someone called out today and wouldn't be able to deliver today. I called the manager out of state and he offered $100 off for my inconveniences for two weeks in a row. Umm, sir I'll take my business elsewhere. I know great customer service doesn't mean anything to companies these days but I will not spend my time and money condoning unethical practices. Y'all figure it out amongst your company, but while you do that I'll shop elsewhere.

Thus far, I would honestly say we have been treated very well here. Mr. Kari and his team were awesome, and they loved my baby dog (Diamond). And we had a special designer, Chandler. She's awesome and has a good eye for design, so thank you so far. I'll let you know and show pictures when our furniture gets here.

I had the opportunity to work with Cat of the Newnan store and she was phenomenal from beginning to end!!!!!! 5 stars.... I had doubts of customizing my furniture and I was highly anxious but OMG..... when my furniture arrived it was and spectacular!!!!! Amazingly beautiful... I have no words... the delivery guys were super prompt and professional!!!! I will definitely do business only with Cat and definitely the Newnan Havertys!!!!!!!!
