“I visited this location this afternoon, but didn't realize they close at 3. Unfortunately, I pulled up at 3:02. I saw the lights were out and saw the closed signs. I then noticed the hours of operation. No big deal. I was about to leave when the gentleman who works there poked his head out the door, waved me down, and asked if I needed anything. Without my asking, he was kind enough to re-open the store and let me purchase my item. I was under no illusions that the store should open for me. After hours is after hours. The fact that he not only willingly did so, but even volunteered it really was above and beyond service! I appreciate it very much and will make a point to return here!”

“Came to Home Depot this morning with my mom to return a safe that was delivered to our house damaged, sadly. When we arrived, my mom asked a young man named Lucas to help us move the safe from our trunk to a cart. Lucas was very helpful in getting the heavy safe onto the cart and did it with a smile on his face. He was VERY polite and respectful. When we walked in the store, we were helped by Niki and Tiffany at the customer service desk who also were such a big help and made the whole process of returning the safe so easy. “Shopping at Harbor freight is always a blast. The selection is great and you're not walking around lost looking for product. When I visit the big box stores, I'm walking around either looking for product or an associate to help me. Prices are really good and the products are good for home use and commercial. I'm happy with the brand names that Harbor freight has. The store is clean and stocked. Associates are friendly and helpful. If you're in a hurry and need something to finish a project you can stop, shop and leave with little time loss while away from the project.”
