They are very friendly, open your trailer when you arrive at the door, slide your tandems, hand over your pickup number like 65C....... leave your trailer behind the building, go to the check-in office, give your information and number bobtail phone and FILL YOURSELF WITH A LOT OF PATIENCE???... waits of up to 11 are normal in this place... IT IS NOT A GOOD CHARGE TO GO HOME BECAUSE OF THE WAITING TIME, YOU WILL LOSE TIME OFF...

Takes forever for this place to live load trailer ! Checked in 11 am for 12 pm appt , it’s 8:30 pm now and still here ! Trailer must be clean as like your food plate ! If trailer has tandem sliding issue they will reject at the gate ! Must separate the truck and trailer ! Sorry Goodyear not again !

I read some reviews befor showed up last night, pepole were nothing but nice from guard shack lady and yard joky to shipping office,some folks just act self center and nagging no matter what.. i just had to wait from 2130 to 2200 due to the shipping office staff were on lunch break..thanks goodyear in NEWNAN GA.

Always easy to drop n hook here. Check in with security, slide your tandems, drop in your spot assignment and go to M08 to get your paperwork signed and empty if they have any.
