Both of the people I interacted with today were really rude. I donated a very lightly used Kamvas tablet, among other things, and the worker overhead threw it into his rolling bin. If it didn’t break it’s a miracle. Just felt a bit nasty and careless and it stuck with me all day.

There were a lot of broken items and junk. And those items were priced the samme as similar non-broken items. Made little sense. Should not sell all those broken items in the first place without fixing them.

I spent an hour picking out items to try on. Come to find out, no fitting room. No mirrors to even put the clothes in front of you to see if the style is good. Just put everything back and will not be returning to the store. You got these items donated, you need to sell some to pay for your overhead. Go back to finance class. Ridiculous.

Horrible experience and it's the "policy", so they have no desire to change it.I bought a bunch of clothes from there recently. They no longer allow people to try on clothes in the store, so you have to purchase them to try them on.They only give you 3 days to return and you must have the receipt.I brought the clothes back with the receipt and THEY WOULD ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT.So, this is was an awful experience.To recap:* You have to buy the clothes to try them on* Only 3 days to return* THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.* ONLY store credit given

We just moved to the area and walked into this Goodwill on a whim and I am so glad we found this place!!! This is one of the BEST Goodwill's we have been to! It's very clean and organized. You can tell the employees care about what they do.Shay was working the register and she was so kind and easy to talk to. Also, we needed help with something and Alex was there to assist and she was amazing too!!! Cannot wait to go back! I am so lucky this is near us because we will definitely be frequenting this Goodwill!

As a vivid thrifter from CANADA, this location didn’t disappoint in selection. They had almost everything you’d want from a thrift store from vintage and brand new items. Prices were fair and staff was very friendly
