Never had issues! Delivery was always at the right time. When they changed the old tank out, the guys who did were knowledgeable and double checked to see if things were hooked up inside and out properly, which I appreciated.

I deal with the local office at Smiths Station, Alabama. They are always friendly and helpful. I have never run out of gas since they automatically fill my tank without the need for me to call them.

Service continues to be excellent. I believe their prices have gone up a bit since the buyout, but could just be overall inflation in the economy.

This company is awful. We have two homes on the same property, we’re on auto top off and company is suppose to check them regularly and add as needed to avoid running out, they failed to do that and we had to call and request fill. One home was filled the next day second home we were told up to 3 week wait. Both homes were at 10% with children in homes. Awful company! We are looking at a new company! This isn’t the first time it’s happend either!

Do not buy propane here. Absolute garbage customer service. If zero stars was an option Gas Inc. would get it. Been trying for 4 months to get them to pick up my tank with zero success. Gas Inc. owes me a refund. They changed my annual lease from June to Jan. so I lose 6 months in the transition to their new system. Go elsewhere if you need a gas tank or service. The new owners hate customers and are going to make every dollar they can off the few they have left. High prices and horrible service seems to be the goal.I have been waiting for 4 months for a refund with no success. Filed a complaint with the state today to see if I can get my money from them.4 months after notifying them I was selling my house they finally went to pick up the tank and the gate was locked by the new property owner.
