I'm getting sick and tired of the constant and incessant push for self-checkout, especially from this store. When I have both arms full of items, I don't want to do it myself, that's why I come to the store and how the baggers and cashiers get paid. You get dirty looks if you tell them you don't want to deal with self checkout. Maybe for depot should start having their workers actually in the lines instead of looking for people to nag about self checkout.
There's things they sell here I cannot get at Kroger, but at least Kroger doesn't hunt you down to give you dirty looks because you don't want to do someone else's job. Workers all seem like they hate their job anyway so they probably aren't paying crap.

I was in your Newnan store this morning. I was so happy y'all open at 7am. We were leaving to go home to Florida 9hr drive. We were visiting family. I check y'all ad out before coming. Was so happy y'all had peaches for 69lb. I brought 2 cases. But I would like to thank your Produce Mgr. I didn't catch his name. But he was so friendly and polite. He went in the back and got me 2 cases. We talked about what I needed to do with them when I got home. So next week it canning time. Love your store and the lady up front was helpful also. Just a huge thank you to y'all Produce Mgr. Y'all are lucky to have him.

First time shopping here and shelf was stocked. But the old short lady in the self checkout area needs to be a greeter. She has horrible customer service. She yelled at my husband for using the hand scanner. When I asked what the issue was, her attitude grew uglier. I see why people are being replaced by robots. If you're old enough to retire please do so!! I'll be going back to Publix where shopping is a pleasure. Geesh can't even save money because employees are rude.
