If I could leave no stars I would..After 2 years of coverage with this office I'm still not convinced that Craig Cheever exists. I have left SEVERAL messages for a return call regarding our coverages, made several trips to the office and have never heard from him. I think it's time to go elsewhere ?

Very rarely do you come across a business owner that will set aside financial gain to help a potential client find a policy that fits in their budget. That is what Craig Cheever did for me and my family. I am completely clueless when it comes to being insured and he was able to break it down to me where I understood it! He is always available when we need him and makes time to provide my family and I with the best possible solution for whatever our needs may be at that time! I would recommend him over and over again! Finding an honest insurance salesman with integrity is very hard to find but we found that with Craig Cheever! 10 out of 10!

We called to get a quote. The first time, we didn't get an answer, and the call didn't connect to voice mail, so we tried again as ya do. Craig Cheever answered the phone and promptly scolded us because he hung up on his manager and another client to take our back to back call. We apologize for having been such a huge inconvenience to you, Craig. It won't happen again.
Having said that...
1. Nobody forced you to actually answer the phone, Craig.
2.Isnt it part of your job to answer the phone though?
3. We were (emphasis on were) potential clients, and while you couldn't help us with our particular need in that moment, we will have other needs in the future. We know people who will have insurance needs in the future. That's not the way to garner good will and positive feedback from the community.
I guess we should thank you, Craig. Your treatment of potential customers is probably a good gauge of how you treat your clients, so you probably saved us from making a huge mistake. We will do our best to ensure that everyone we know understands how inconvenient you find potential customers and how incredibly rude you are.
I really wish your manager had heard you, and I wonder how s/he would feel about you behavior.

Craig got me set up fast for travel trailer insurance. Took care of all paperwork, made sure I understood payment options and I was made aware of auto draft dates and amounts. He is a man who is interested in providing full service customer care in a clear and timely manner. Great with communication. I recommend him.
