Tried to redeem a gift certificate 3x and place an order. 1st time placed on hold and after some time got hung up on. Called again they were now closed. Called next day left message..no one returned my call. Called the corporate # left a message there during operating hours. It's now been almost 1 week and still waiting on a live person! Taking my business elsewhere. Horrible service!!

Soooo if you didn't know now you do, if you download edible arrangement app and become a rewards member you get a FREE 12 FRUIT BOX on your BIRTHDAY!! Is this mic on ...you get a FREE 12 FRUIT BOX on your BIRTHDAY!! I ordered from Edible arrangements for years and I never knew that so I'm passing along the message. And i enjoyed the fruits. The fruits were fresh and the box looked good ( pic attached) . So based off of that they get a 5 stars from me.

On may 19th was my anniversary and my order was molded and I asked for a refund on my order and still have not received it as of today i would not advise anyone to shop at store 901 in Newnan ga

My first order ran my credit card, never came on the 14th... ordered it again and it did deliver the same day. but they got the wrong vase and flowers that i paid for. the order was 166$ and i won't be back. i'll make my own from now on. Super disappointed this valentine's day. i paid 166 twice and it still wasn't right.

TOTALLY UNEDIBLE ARRANGEMENT!!I received an arrangement for my birthday. All the melon was hard and not ripe and not flavorful. I don't understand how they could think it was ok to deliver an arrangement of that standard. Where is management or quality control. UNACCEPTABLE.

Do not deliver for this location. She states she will pay for gas and mileage and won’t. She yells and screams at the help that she asks for. She doesn’t know how to control her emotions. She makes you feel as though she has an issue against black men. Every driver that tried to work for her this weekend quit. She does not do good business.

Today, I decided to purchase two smoothies from this location. I always buy my mother's day and birthday arrangements from here but never had a smoothie. There was a sign on the window showing 3.99 smoothies. Great. I end up paying 12.82 for two smoothies. I asked the cashier about the price difference. She said she didn't know there was a special. Well, she went to back to ask the MOD . The MOD stated the special starts next week. I didn't make a fuss. I'm black and live in Newnan. I didn't want to go to jail. I chalked it up but will never do business at the location again. The manager on duty could have made herself known. Why put up a sign stating smoothies were 3.99 if the smoothies were not that price or the sale started the next week??

If I could give 0 stars that's what she would get. I called to see if my order was going to be able to be delivered before my husband business closed. I did know there was chance not but when speaking to the owner she was very rude and saying that their delivery guy doesn't come in until 12 and that he most definitely wouldn't get it because they have to delivery to a school first. When the delivery instructions say delivering hours are between 9am and 5 pm but she said they don't even delivery to residential till after 5pm and business by 3pm. Tell me how you can get deliveries out by 3pm if you don't come in till 12pm and that it's false advertising and she basically was so rude so I asked for a refund and she told me no. So my surprise for my husband was ruined for our anniversary cause I had to get him to pick it up instead and she still hasn't refunded me the delivery fee. Will never go here again and will tell others not to as well. Not enough space to tell the whole story but no happiness guarantee here.

The edible Arrangements in Fayetteville is the worst. I ordered a 86.66 fruit arrangements on 2/26/22 for my daughter s 30th birthday. I arrived at 4:19 to pick it up. The doors were locked. I called the store at 4:22. No one answered I called corporate office. They called the store. No one answered. This guy calls me at 4:55pm and said he saw something from corporate stating no one was there. He claims he was taking out trash. I told him I had left and was at home.I still have not received a refund and never received the arrangement.I never heard from the store manager. This business is not professional. I am calling my lawyer.

Absolutely disgusting. Got an arrangement and was hovering over the toilet in about 5-6 hours. I KNOW it was from the fruit. The fruit is slimy and tasteless. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wanted so bad to be able to leave a 5 star review but... this mother's day arrangement fell short. I ordered 2. Each around 60$ and neither one really hit the target. The Pineapple carved "MOM" Was very sloppy. And the amount of strawberries is like half if not 1/3rd of what the images display. To try to make it appear fuller they use a ton of green garnish. The 2nd platter had cheesecake bites that look NOTHING like advertised. I'm just dissapointed... spent 120 and drove 1 hr 45 minutes total to retrieve something that did not come close to expectation or advertisation. I'm gonna assume it was cus they were busy but then again the parking lot was bare. Happy mothers day yall. ?

Tried to buy from this location but walked in at 4:50. Got told they were closing and not making anything very dismissively. I just wanted to see if they had the chcocolate dipped strawberries pre made or if I would need to come back to order some but no thanks and never mind if my order is going to be such a problem.Edit: Was asked to email based on the review so I did. 6 days ago. With no response.

I ordered an arrangement for my FNL. I realized he would not be home on the day I ordered the arrangement. I tried over and over to reach the store but couldn't because there had been a tornado that had gone through the town. I decided to let it go and would just lose the money. The driver texted me when they were trying to deliver and no-one was home. I explained what happened and told them they could just take it home to their family. The driver then said they would remake and redeliver a new casket on Monday. They did not owe it to me as they delivered the first one the way I had ordered it. Their town had been destroyed, they had no communications to the store and they still went above and beyond for a customer. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE!
