Employees were nice nasty, with the exception of one employee; young guy with the dark curly hair was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. The older lady and the young blond head guy was... just ugh. The way those two managed the store today was unprofessional. Long lines, allowed other customers to skip the line when she opened a new register. The right way would be to say "next person in line, please come to register 1". I felt bad for those people that were waiting a long time, and they were really upset. I noticed the older lady left the register to follow the "black and brown people" around the store; she even had the young blond guy to do it too with hand signals. I assumed that when you open a box to stack shelves, you finish the box before moving on to the next aisle. Nope, they were going from aisle to aisle with unfinished shelves, following the "black and brown" people; and had long line of customers waiting to be checked out. Customer service training or a shift meeting needs to happen if all possible. Everyone should be treated with respect while shopping.

Emotionlessness cashier. Kevin. I tried to talk but he said nothing back. I wanted the other cashier to check me out for no reason. Now I know why. Like literally say anything man. Anything. ?

You guys could work on your customer service skills a little more especially after we waited in line for over 10 minutes because your system was down. No apology and just A dry attitude from the cashier, even though she was nicer to other guests, but me

So, I'm here to say I've always shopped at Dollar Tree. However, I started watching cleaning, organizing, and DIY videos on YouTube. Now I'm officially addicted! I especially love to organize. Now, I microorganize everything! I know I'm driving my family crazy, but who cares? I love it. They'll get over it ??♀️?

Went in to dollar tree to look for cheap towels so glad I found some for 3.00 my daughter groom's dogs and she needed more towels so I went looking good will had one for 4.00 started to get it but changed my mind went to dollar general there's were 6.00 passed on them too so glad I went in to dollar tree. Think I'll go there first when I'm out lookingfor cheap things.
