My doctor office calls in prescriptions to CVS when it is only a backup to my insurance provider prescription service which the doctor office is aware. I get unexpected notices from CVS that my prescription is ready when doctor office should have sent to my primary prescription provider. You have 30 mins to cancel with CVS but you cant get through on phone to CVS pharmacy. Tried 2 times & on hold over 20 mins so hung up. I’m having doctor remove CVS as my backup medicine provider.

Came in at 6pm and was refused service, my girlfriend was in a lot of pain and just came from dr office and we happened to be interracial couple, I am not saying it was racial discrimination but I have never been told that they could not fill a small 6 pill order before . Very disappointing

No matter how nice my visit is at my local CVS is- and it usually IS nice- my experience is ruined at check out. The self-check registers are SO LOUD (and cannot be muted) that they put me in a foul mood. The screaming registers are so loud that people in the pharmacy at the back of the store can hear them. Ridiculous! I do not need to be reminded to put my item in the bag, especially when I have ALREADY DONE IT. I usually go get an employee to come check me out so I don’t have to hear it, but they were both busy stocking shelves, and I only had a few items, so I did it myself. Big mistake. I went there yesterday, and I am still agitated about the loud yelling self-check registers today. CVS sent a survey, and asked me to do a Google review, so here it is. Maybe now they’ll fix the registers so that we can mute them!

Brandon in the pharmacy has horrendous customer service. He told my father and I that my medicine wouldn’t be ready in 2 hours and they proceeded to say or you can go somewhere else. You could just say sorry for the inconvenience and not have an attitude. They also don’t pick up the phones.

Consistently gives us the incorrect prescription. How does a pharmacy screw up the most important part of their job? Not once. Not twice. Every time! Not only is it a failure, it is dangerous!

This location has gone to the dumps. An average wait of three to eight hours for a prescription (script) to be filled is insane. I’ve never experienced this in all of my 45 years of life. Instead of communicating with you or your physician, they place your script in an “On Hold” status and allow your script to sit in que for HOURS UPON HOURS, when the real reason is the medicine is out of stock. No call, no text, no email, no communication, NOTHING! This has happened to me on several occasions where I’ve waited for hours for a script to be filled only to find its out of stock. It’s like the place lacks proper management. Pooooor quality service.

Minute Clinic staff highly unprofessional and rude towards patients/customers. The clinic staff here also needs to be trained on how their online booking services work as it is clear they are unaware of how it functions. Instead of just claiming not to know how the system works, this medical tech got snippy and argumentative instead of even trying to be helpful. I told the medical tech directly that she was being rude and that her customer service was lacking. She immediately got silent and stared me down with dirty looks like she wanted to get aggressive. Her demeanor upon approaching her initially and how she speaks to people is reflective of someone whose social skills are incredibly lacking alongside with the absence of knowing how to address customers or patients. 7.5.22 (6:10p EST)To management, this tech is the one with short hair and tattoos on her arm. Please provide feedback so that this doesn’t happen for other customers or myself in the future.

The Minute Clinic used to be great....now they double book every time slot, every day, per the marching orders of corporate. How do I know this? During a previously double-booked appointment, I asked a Minute Clinic employee and she went on a 10 minute diatribe how waiting forever past one's appointment time is normal and she hopes I complain to corporate via my survey. Wow....I replied-I would just like my shingles vaccine because I hear the shingles are awful...please help me! Well, to avoid droning on like a beehive, I will cut to the chase. When I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner, I discovered I was 3 days early to receive my 2nd vaccine, and I would have to reschedule, be double booked again, and spend another Friday afternoon waiting around the CVS Minute Clinic. Right this moment I am again attempting my 2nd dose...it is 438 pm and my appointment was scheduled for 400 pm. Help me CVS Corporate Overlords before I come down with shingles this holiday season. One last note-it seems the employees here are trying their hardest to keep everyone happy, given a very difficult scheduling situation created by the Corporate Overlords.

I have to use this pharmacy because of my insurance, but I never have a good experience here. I just sat at the window ignored for over 5minutes while the technician worked on an rx and talked to another technician who also ignored me. Then I had to wait because they didn't fill all the medicine.
