Pharmacist does not seem to understand the simple arithmetic of my insulin prescription: 70 units/day x 90 days \\u003d 6300 units. He is dispensing 4500 units an charging the full 90 day price!

People are always friendly, it's well stocked, always clean. The bad reviews are outdated.

If i could give zero stars i would. The girls in the pharmacy are the worst more so the pharmacist herself. They could not care any less about the customers. They treated me horribly when i was using a gift card to pick up some last minute unexpected prescriptions. The female pharmacist had the nastiest look on her face when one of the assistants asked about accepting a gift card for payment. Said they could not scan a gift card??? Clearly that's not the case. The pharm assistant managed to figure it out, but the way i was treated was beyond rude and unacceptable.

Went to pick up my husband’s diabetes medicine tonight and arrived 2 minutes after 8:00. There were 3 pharmacists working behind the pharmacy area, and I asked for his Trulicity. They told me that after 8 PM the register is closed, and they could not give me my husband‘s diabetes medicine. The register at the front of the store was open, and I asked if I could pay for it up there because it’s a life necessity for his health and well-being. The people working behind the pharmacy area did not seem to care at all and said nope the register is closed at 8 PM and it’s 802 OK. They had no visible concern for the well-being of the customer. My husband had a glaucoma emergency earlier that day. They really had no empathy for the Situation. Two minutes after 8:00. Very disappointed in people who were supposed to care about the well-being of customers and patients.

Wish there was a score lower than zero I could leave. The ONLY reason we come here is our insurance company forces us to. We use the app. The app tells us the RX is ready. We go to CVS...surprise it is NEVER ready. The staff has never been rude. A few struggle with English as a primary language. They just seem to be untrained. In addition, they always seem tired and look like zombies in a trance. My guess is they work them a bunch of hours. We have moved as much as possible to mail order just to avoid CVS. Hoping next year our insurance company will let us go back to Publix. The best analogy is they are the Walmart of drug stores.

The pharmacy tech Skyler was very rude to me and my husband saying the insurance company had the wrong DOB for my husband. I called the insurance company while standing there - no, his DOB was correct. Skyler then tossed a paper at me (the denial printout ) and said see his DOB doesn't match what's in the insurance system-- as I reviewed it I looked at the ID number which CVS had entered incorrectly. I pointed that out to Skyler who then very rudely told me to go sit down. We were there for a quick flu shot, or so we thought. It took Skyler a total of 45 minutes to fix the issue with my husbands insurance, she never apologized, but had the pharmacist call my husband up and she acted like there was never an issue, handed him paper work and told us to fill it out. Then another gal asked for my DOB he told her the information and she said that wasn't what was in the system. At that point my husband said just cancel it and we left. I understand things happen and numbers can be entered incorrectly but thanks to this I will NEVER return to this CVS.

1 of 4 in Newnan..,they are so far apart. You have to drive to get to each of them if you don’t live in the area.
