I have a 2002 GMC Yukon, they took care of me. Super high in knowledge and very informative on what they are doing. They always put the customers first and super fair on prices. I am a little late with my review, but that’s because I been enjoying my audio.

I took my daughter’s car to get a new radio since she is a new driver and we wanted her to be hands free. Jimmy and his team took care of us, did a flawless install and walked us through the new stereo and features. We have used him many times in the past over the years for ceramic tint and will continue to use him for all car audio and tint in the future.

Came in with no appointment with audio problems. Talked about what was going on. Took care of the issue fast and very reasonable priced. Very knowledgeable guys. Will return to get some extras in the future.

I bought a used Toyota Avalon (As is) and failed to check the sound system in the car before purchasing it; once taking it off the lot I realized the navigation/back up camera worked but no sound. I called Custom Concept Performance (Newnan) to repair the system. I bought the car there and spoke with Jimmy (The owner) who explained why there was no sound. I was told I could leave my car and was giving a car to take home until my car was ready; to my surprise Jimmy phone me at 9:30am the next day that the car was ready for pick up.
I was VERY satisfied with the work James (Repairer) did replacing the sound system and would recommend them to anyone who need/want a sound system placed in their vehicle. They are very knowledgeable, polite, professional and reasonably priced…

Went up there because I had a buddy try to wire up my LOC for the rca cables and he did it all wrong. I went up to custom concepts and performance, explained to him what was wrong and he took a look at it and came back to me in under 5 minutes and told me exactly what was wrong. Within the hour he had my sub wired perfectly and hitting harder than I’ve ever heard it hit. I will be coming back for any audio problems or purposes!
