Brought the vehicle and left overnight with over heated battery connection. Roger called the next morning by 10am. New terminal and cable soldered in. Also an electrical system checkout performed. Vehicle was ready for pick up by 3:30 pm. Excellent work!

Always get well taken care of when I service my vehicle at Crossroads. Just needed an oil change this time but was in and out when scheduled and they gave it a thorough once over on other matters to make sure I wasn’t missing a hidden issue prior to my road trip.

Took my 2020 Ford Edge in. I thought it was going to be a very expensive repair. Turns out it wasn’t! Many shops would go straight for an expensive repair, but the team at Crossroads made sure to start at the bottom and work their way up. Vehicle was fixed within 48 hours of dropping it off. Highly, highly recommend!
