Erika was exceptional. I am super happy with this company, they care, treat you like a human being and have always worked with me on any issue. Plus coverage is great for me and I travel quite a bit. In the age of corporate greed, Cricket is the exception, and that is why they have such awesome employees.A breath of fresh air.I highly recommend this company.

Today I went and paid for a service that isn’t working and was told I had to wait 72 hrs for it to work then called the 1-800 number was hung up on by a supervisor and was told there is nothing no one can do when I just paid for the phone service and literally only have 1bar ……. This is so concerning for a first time cricket customer and i feel like my money was just taken from me and my service and the customer service im getting is basically making me feel like I don’t matter .. this will be taken up to corporate .THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE( FIRST TIME USER AT THAT ). I ADVISE NOT USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL I WILL BE CANCELING OUT THIS PLAN AFTER THIS MONTH
