Poor customer service. The tellers were friendly but the bankers don't care about customer wait time. I went in to have a document notarized and there was something wrong with the document (my fault). I asked the male banker if I could return the next day at lunch time and he said "sure, two of us will be here that can take care of that". I came the next day during my lunch break, and I was told that he had the day off (he must have known this the day before). I asked for the second person, and they said there was none. I insisted that I was told there was a second and finally they said there is but she is with a client. I said I will wait. The banker was aware that not only me, but another couple was waiting. For 30 minutes I listened to her have personal conversation with her client. I had to get back to work so I approached her to ask her how much longer. She seemed bothered and said 10-15 minutes more. You can't even make an appointment for notary service. Honestly, I think she wanted to wait out the customers waiting so we would just leave.I have been a Chase customer for 25 years, fortunately, I have had only positive experiences at other branches. This branch was the worst. The bankers should be taught to be mindful of the fact that their working clients already may find it difficult to come in the morning after 9am and before 5pm. If there is a line 30 minutes of casual conversation is unacceptable.

Been calling Chase to get an answer for a questions a have and they have not answered. I’m guessing the people that work there just don’t want to do their job and pick up the call. Don’t even bother calling!!! Worst Chase in GA!!! And I’ve been to multiple ones.

I couldn't always go to the bank for a simple question but everytime I call Newnan GA branch it's only an automated machine that answers my call.

Arrived and waited 15 minutes for my appointment to learn that my appointment had been canceled. Staff rude when I was trying to find a restroom.

You can not even get someone on the phone when calling it is just menu after menu of no help! I am traveling across the country and needed a simple question answered about a service to see if they offer it here. I can always call my chase bank without the horrible useless phone system they have here. After 45 minutes of trying to get someone I just gave up and question if I even want to work with Chase Bank anymore. Horrible service is here at the Newnan Chase!

This branch is a really bad representation of the Chase culture and the "So you can"... is not taking place here. They have 2 ATMs one is out of service and the second is not providing cash. The branch hours have been reduced so there is no access to a teller between 5:00 PM and 6PM. We are seriously considering taking our business elsewhere. Horrible customer service!

Well I’ve previously went to the branch where I met with a guy that I called Q. He seemed as if he would help me with what can become a lot on an individual when dealing with death in the family. Since he seemed as if he couldn’t reach back out to me while he gave me his word that he would. I had made a trip to Charlotte where my mother did reside to get the estate matter taken care of. They did what they did to get it open but I got an alert and mail stating I was gonna have issues if I didn’t handle the matter that came about. I quickly called customer service and they sent me back to the branch. Which I thought was odd at first but after discussing what I received and what I feared the branch manager stepped in to help save the day. Her name is Ms. Alanah Bass and she jumped into action as soon as she pulled my profile up. She noticed the issues and took it upon herself to help me every step even eliminating me having to call here and there for what I need assistance with. She emailed me to assure I had her information and made an appointment for me to come in and see her. I’m glad I did!! She resolved what could’ve been a disaster. She was patient and helped me understand what she was doing and everything needed. Thank you Alanah for helping me ease what has been stressful on me. Thank you for your time and getting me in to take care of matters the correct way. If anything Note that Alanah is there things may still need working on but she just moved to this branch and we all know it takes time for things to turn around. Give it time and in due time this branch will be as great as it once was. ❤️❤️❤️

If only I could give zero stars! Despite the bad reviews online, I tried to give Chase a chance. I scheduled a meeting and had to wait 2 weeks to set up a business account. I accepted the meeting and was scheduled on 4/16/22. My husband and I arrived at our appointment only to be told that the person we were scheduled to meet with (Quantaverus Cotton) was not in today. So, one would assume, the bank manager who was available and free ( Alanah Bass) would accomedate and honor my appointment, being that Chase dropped the ball. Alanah told us there was nothing she could do and sorry. Unbelievable!!!!! It's clear, they don't value their customers at all. Corporate needs to hire people who value customer service! Do not waste your time with this bank. The reviews are All true!

The clerks at this branch are very rude and inconsiderate. They need to learn how to communicate to thier customers when they are waiting to be seen for 2 hrs while watching kids.

Increasing inexperienced staff. They do not even know how to do a simple deposit with cash back. The tellers are VERY slow and to make things even better, this branch and the PTC branch at "Temporarily Closed" without any warning. One of the bank employees told me that they didn't have anyone to work the tellers, then 6 employees filed out of the building. I do not feel comfortable keeping money in a bank that I cannot walk in to during normal business hours.

Every time I go to this location the ATM gives me issues. Today I tried to choose my bills and it only let me choose $200 worth of bills but, would not Let me finish the transaction. I feel like they should pay their clients to bank with them
