Charlie & his team were great to work with. They made a stressful process, calm and organized. Definitely made the family feel safe in what could have been a scary situation. Hopefully we don't need them again, but now we know who to call.

Charlie’s Towing is who you want to call!I spoke with Charlie himself and he was very kind and professional. extremely timely and quite literally changed our whole day around after 6 hours of waiting on another towing company. Skip the mistakes and just CALL CHARLIE FIRST.

Very rude, not helpful whatsoever. Seems to be racist as well. Dragged the car out of the garage without putting into neutral, didn’t even fully have it on the tow bed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not really sure how this place has so many stars. The customer service is absolutely horrible, and the representative behind the counter is definitely racist and unprofessional . Extremely rude staff, we paid over $800 and they stated it would be an extra charge to bring my car fromBehind their gate to their parking lot. They literally made up charges on the spot for several things. I do not recommend anyone to use them, especially if you’re a person of color.Service: Local hauling

My wife was in an accident and our vehicle was towed by Charlie's Towing. They arrived relatively quick and got our car off the road and towed to their facility. A couple days later, I stopped by to pick up items from my damaged car but no one was available. My car was in the back fenced lot with the gate open giving easy access to anyone to pilfer if there had been anything of value. A redneck country-boy type of operation with an owner that can be a bit gruff. However, they seem to know their business an can perform adequality. The reason for the 3 star rating is because on allowing my vehicle to be unsecured and the nonchalant attitude when talking with them.
