My son had an accident and this place was the ones who towed his vehicle. I want to say the young lady in the front office is absolutely amazing! This was the first time seeing my sons car since his wreck and I cried because of course I was in disbelief my son survived it and before we even went outback she warned me that it was bad since I hadn’t seen the car yet, and even asked if we needed anything to drink, and asked if we needed help getting the belongings and tag if it was too overwhelming for me. This young lady is how everyone should be! She made the process so much better than it could have been! I couldn’t be more grateful for her:)Service: Vehicle wrecking

Trailer Washout services:Good location, easy access. Would recommend and will be back. Thank you! 7 minutes in and out.If you are hesitant on your backing skills I suppose this set up could make you a tad apprehensive, set up for alley dock, don’t over think it.

I was a female employee still learning heavy equipment hauling,I hauled heavy equipment Solo with ATS, for 8 weeks before coming to this job and everything was fine. No complaints, all equipment properly secured and loaded. I left my job to work here, was put with many trainers, was expected to drive a roll back which i had no experience with, was treated pretty bad by some trainers and got Covid from a sick employee. But didn't make the cut with them. They use JB Harris & Carswell Wreaker andI Was fired for various reasons. But was lied on about my loading of the equipment. I only loaded 2 pieces the entire time I was there. I wouldn't recommend this place for employment if you're a minority women. But I did witness a white lady newly hired, who never drove heavy hauling drive a heavy load solo and she had told me she's never done that kind of work. See the difference!!It's all good they weren't the company for me and I was happy to move on to bigger and better things.

Apparently I caught the mgr/owner/g.i.c. on a bad day. I was told that I had to have a mask on to enter the building by someone not wearing a mask. When I asked why he wasn't wearing a mask, he abruptly told me to leave the property. I told him I would comply and he "didn't want to deal with it today." If you are REQUIRING mask usage and don't do it yourself, that's hypocrisy. It's poor business practice to deny service for someone asking a legitimate question about your policy.

Excellent fast, friendly service. Very knowledgeable in the towing and recovery industry. Got my truck on the wrecker and to its destination in under 30 mins.
